Eine Wohnung mit Potenzial

Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral in Bussolengo im 3 OG ohne Aufzug.Parkmöglichkeit ist vor der Wohnung begrenzt, jedoch ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist ca 100 m entfernt. Die Wohnung hat ein sehr großes Wohnesszimmer mit einem bequemen großen Sofa, ein Esstisch mit sechs Plastik Stühlen. Der Fernseher hat kein einziges deutsches Programm und weder Netflix noch Amazon Prime waren aufgrund des Alters nutzbar.Hier sei die wirkliche gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter genannt, der am zweiten Tag einen anderen Fernseher,ein neues Kochtoofset und Weingläser (die fehlten) vorbeigebracht hat. Trotzdem fehlen so einige Kleinigkeiten,so u.B . kein einziger Handtuchhalter im Badezimmer,welches neben einer Dusche auch eine Badewanne,zwei Waschbecken und ein Brdet bietet.Jedoch kommt relativ wenig Wasser aus der Dusche und dieses läuft extrem schlecht ab.Die Wasserhähne sind verkalkt und der Laminatboden in der gesamten Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die beiden großen Schlafzimmer sind mit je einem Doppelbett ausgestattet. Das eine hat einen Balkon,genau wie das wohn-Esszimmer einen Balkon hat. Alles in allem würde ich 6 von 10 Punkten vergeben,

Auf den ersten Blick eine schöne Wohnung im zweiten Stock. In der Beschreibung stand etwas von Garten, was definitiv nicht der Fall ist und der Balkon ist jetzt auch nicht gerade ein gemütlicher Ort. Die Klimaanlage befindet sich NUR im Wohnzimmer, auch das sollte erwähnt werden. Und wenn man von einer großen Kücheneinrichtung spricht, ist dies auch nicht richtig. Keine Müslischüsseln ist das Eine, keine Weingläser das Andere. Und leider muss man sagen das die Betten echt ungemütlich sind! Wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht und unseren Urlaub trotzdem so weit es ging genosse.ungemütlichwirtraurig.

Schöne große Ferienwohnung und super bequeme Betten .

Es ist eine super schöne Ferienwohnung, so wie es auch auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist perfekt , man hat sich zu keinem Zeitpunkt alleine gelassen gefüllt , bei allem war der Vermieter gleich zur Stelle . Nur zu empfehlen 100% 👍

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in Bussolengo. Die Ferienwohnung ist super. Alles war sauber, und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war problemlos und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen Sie definitiv weiter.

Perfect for familly

L’appartement est décoré avec goût et très très bien équipé. La remise des clés et la communication ont été parfaites. Le logement était propre à notre arrivée. Localisation parfaite pour aller au lac de garde ou à Vérone (magnifique!). Nous recommandons vivement !
