Villa Athénée – Two Cycladic Villas for 30, Private Pools & Sea Views

Villa Athénée brings together two twin Cycladic villas at Leno Villas Mykonos, Villa Rea and Villa Ioli, side by side and rented together for groups of up to 30 guests. Each is spread over three levels, around 340 m², in a quiet, wind-protected spot in the south of the island, with views of the sea and the sunset. Platis Gialos and Paraga beaches are a short walk away.

Together, the villas offer 16 bedrooms: fourteen for two guests, with double or twin beds, and two single rooms. There are 12 bathrooms plus two outdoor bathrooms, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

Outside
Each villa has its own private pool with underwater seating and sun loungers, three large terraces with pergolas, a second shaded pergola by the pool and a built-in barbecue, all set in gardens of local stone and Mediterranean planting. There is plenty of space to come together, and just as much to find a quiet corner.

Inside
Each villa has a bright living room, a large dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen on the ground floor. The bedrooms are calm and simple, in natural tones and soft light.

Service
Daily cleaning is included, with fresh linen and towels twice a week. Our team is happy to help with transfers and local recommendations. Private parking is right outside the villas, and a night guard is on site.
