Single villa with lovely garden located not far from the historic center of Camaiore and a few kilometers from the beaches and the renowned Versilia resorts. The house develops on one level and is composed of a kitchen, a living room with dining area and TV, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large bathroom with tub. From the hall you have access to a cool veranda with a splendid view of the hills. The large private garden offers a splendid pergola and a barbecue, ideal for spending a pleasant evening. Parking inside the property. It includes energy consumption related to water, electricity and gas, internet connection and final cleaning. The deposit to be paid on arrival is Euro 150.00 in cash.

Wonderful Toskana

The people were friendly and wonderful All was super, we had a beautiful time in the house. We loved the breakfast in the garden and sitting there in the afternoon. The cities were not far away from there Lucca 27 km, Pisa 32 km, Firenze 98 km, and the airport in Bologna 179 km. All in all a super time for holidays Schulz family

Het verblijf was geweldig. Aardig ontvangst. Alles duidelijk. Huis erg netjes en fris. We kregen tomaten en aardappels aangeboden. Al met al een leuke vakantie gehad.

Schönes Ferienhäuschen im Grünen

Ruhig, im Grünen, aber Zentrumsnah! Die familiäre Anbindung zum Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wir wurden mit Zuchini aus ihrem Garten und Eiern von den Hühnern versorgt. Die Einrichtung ist wie auf den Fotos. Es gibt mehrere schöne Plätze am Haus, wo man sich schön hinsetzen kann.

Lovely little “farm”

We stayed in the house for a week and had a great time! Two spacious bedrooms, a nice bath and a fully functioning kitchen and even a barbecue grill is available. The house is run. Y Vittoria and get sind and they are very helpful and generous! Our daughter of two year could visit the chickens, doing around in the grape vines and just had the best time! Vitoria even brought us zucchini and eggs from their farm. Communication is a little challenge, but nothing that a translation app can’t fix! All in all a great place for a family with little kids, the beach is a ten minute drive away and the city Center 15 minutes (with a kids walking speed :) )
