Beautifully Designed Secluded Two Bedroom Villa with Heated Pool.

This secluded villa, located in the village of Islamlar, near Kalkan, consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, and has a capacity of 4 people. Specially designed for small families or honeymoon couples, the bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms and the main bedroom has a jacuzzi for the pleasure of our guests. Furnished to a high standard, the inteior has a cool and airy ambience. Outdoors there is a large infinity pool, some 9 x 4 metres and 1.5m deep, with distant sea views and a gazebo, all of which are unseen from outwith the grounds. Here also are ample sunbeds, parasols and an alfresco dining area. This pool has recently been fitted with a heating system for the cooler months of the year. Cost is 1500 TL per day.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout, has a wi-fi internet connection and ample parking space adjacent to the villa.

The villa is located very close to the centre of Islamar village (700-800 m), where guests may purchace their daily essential and enjoy the local trour farm restaurants.

Located some 8km from the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan, those guests wishing to explore the surrounding area would need to rent a vehicle to do so. But for those guests wishing to spend the majority of their time on the premises this would be an ideal location.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
