TWO OCEAN REACH ES UNA HERMOSA CASA DE LUJO CON TRES DORMITORIOS, CON INCREÍBLES VISTAS AL MAR DESDE AMBOS LADOS DE LA PROPIEDAD.

Two Ocean Reach es una casa moderna de tres dormitorios, magníficamente terminada y amueblada, con todo lo que pueda necesitar para unas vacaciones inolvidables o una estancia corta.

Para aprovechar al máximo las impresionantes vistas al mar desde la propiedad, los dormitorios y los baños se encuentran en la planta baja y el comedor y el salón de planta abierta se encuentran en el primer piso.

Apertura desde el salón es una gran terraza con mesa de comedor al aire libre y sillas para ocho a diez personas. También hay un balcón más pequeño con vistas a la isla de Burgh. Un área separada del patio grande ofrece cenas mientras el sol se pone sobre el mar, con capacidad para ocho a diez personas.

A lo largo de, la propiedad ha sido amueblada con buen gusto con muebles y accesorios de calidad. La propiedad puede dormir cómodamente a seis personas.

El dormitorio 1 tiene una cama king size, un baño en suite con bañera, ducha y calentador de toallas. Hay vistas al mar desde el dormitorio y las puertas que dan al patio y césped en la planta baja.

El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama king size, vistas al mar desde el dormitorio y las puertas que dan al patio y césped en la planta baja.

Dormitorio 3 tiene dos camas individuales y también se beneficia de vistas al mar.

The property is superb, in a great location, close to the south west coast path, with walks with excellent views. The house was clean and well equipped. The views across the coast are something special. Communications with the owner were very good with speedy responses. We had a very enjoyable two week stay

An absolute gem of a property in the most perfect location

Number Two Oceans Reach is simply stunning. The views of the sea and coast from Soar, all the way across to Hope Cove and beyond to Burgh Island and on a clear day, all the way down to Cornwall are breathtaking. The property itself is spacious and luxurious. No expense spared on fabrics, linens and furniture. Yet the style is cool, calm and relaxing. The outside sun deck overlooking Soar to one side is fantastic for sunny morning breakfasts whilst on the other side, the balcony offers a beautiful uninterrupted view across to Burgh Island and beyond, perfect for those incredible sunsets. This place is so good, my wife wanted me to keep it secret so we could keep it to ourselves! In a nutshell, this place is perfect and you will not be disappointed.

The Peace and Beauty of Our Dreams!

My husband, 6 year old son and I absolutely loved our stay at Ocean's Reach. It is beyond beautiful and Paul has equipped this home with every comfort we needed for an easy stay. The natural beauty outside is perfection. Having an excellent restaurant steps away was a wonderful enhancement to the property for times when we felt like having a social drink or didn't feel like going far for dinner or cooking. The laundry room was extremely helpful and well stocked. I'm probably forgetting to say a lot but I'm simply remembering that 2 Ocean's Reach is a place we loved and hope to return to as soon as possible. My only regret? It's sooo far from our home in New York City! Or is that actually a great thing? :)

Beautiful, very well equipped property, with amazing views. New construction, nicely decorated and very clean. Great coastal hikes from your doorstep to coves & beaches. Peaceful and serene home in the countryside, 15 minute drive to lovely village of Salcombe, 30 min drive to Bigbury on Sea/Burgh island where you can rent kayaks & paddleboards and explore coves & torquoise waters. Paul was a pleasure to rent from. We had amazing weather everyday while we were there. We would certainly return in the future!

Five Star Holiday Luxury!

What a fantastic holiday location! The views are breath taking - never experienced sea views from two different terraces on a property before. You can experience sun rise over breakfast on one terrace and enjoy the sun setting with a cold glass of something from a second terrace overlooking Hope Cove. The owners have made this a real home from home with every attention to detail. They really have thought of everything and so many thoughtful and homely touches. Can't recommend this jewel of a holiday home enough - we hope to be back soon!

A beautiful home, a piece of heaven

This spacious house has a calm and peaceful feel about it; beautifully furnished and decorated to an incredibly high standard with amazing views of the sea and cliffs on both sides... even from the sofa and the 2 double beds. I slept in the second double room and the bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was very good, the underfloor heating was a treat and it was a real bonus to have the balcony. Its right on the South Coast path so the walks are fantastic, I walked down to Soar Mill Cove with stunning cliff and sea views on the way. You can walk onto Salcombe if you're feeling energetic (which I have done previously and get a taxi back) In the other direction is Hope cove about 40 minutes downhill and about an hour back. There is a fabulous coffee bar and restaurant there called The Cove, a must to visit! A wonderful few days, I thoroughly recommend this house for a peaceful weekend of walking and relaxing (plus eating and drinking in the many pubs nearby!) I will definitely return!

Beautiful anniversary getaway

A lovely location we’d not been to before and given the inevitable ups and downs of November weather a perfect holiday home for our stay. The house was a cozy haven after cold, blustery walks along the coast. Everything was spot on, and the unbroken views along the coast and out to sea from the lounge area are stunning. The newly opened restaurant nearby was an easy walk and perfect for a meal for our anniversary. Excellently fitted out - everything you could need for a couple like ourselves enjoying an out of season break, or I’d think for a group of friends or family. Having the lounge and dining upstairs made the most of the views, particularly having balconies on both sides - you can watch the sun rise over Bolt Head as you breakfast and watch the sun set whilst sitting on the lounge with a glass of wine in the evening! Nothing to fault. Perfect location for coastal walks, bird watching, or simply relaxing and doing nothing. We’ll be back!

Hello and welcome to Two Ocean Reach!

When we first spotted the Ocean Reach development while walking on the coast path, it was a wet and windy day in February 2017. However, we immediately recognised that a stunning development was going to emerge from the building site. Seven months later, the dream was realised.
As soon as we started looking at Ocean Reach, it was obvious that Sean and Hazel Hassall and the team at WM Construction were creating an outstanding range of holiday homes. The breath-taking location was being developed to an exacting standard and in harmony with the landscape.
We are now delighted to be the owners of Two Ocean Reach and are very pleased to offer the property for others to enjoy, either for short breaks or main holidays.
Two Ocean Reach is a beautifully presented and furnished three-bedroom house, with incredible 360° views. For more than 180° the unhindered view is of the South Devon Heritage Coast. The near view is over Burgh Island, Thurlestone and Bigbury Bay, while on clear days it is possible to see the Lizard Point in Cornwall, around 70 miles away.
For those seeking a high-quality holiday home in a sensational and tranquil setting with outstanding views, while close to the charm and bustle of Salcombe, Ocean Reach is perfect. The South West Coast Path, which covers 630 miles in total, is less than 100 yards away and locations like Soar Mill Cove and Hope Cove are within easy walking distance. The on-site Oceans Restaurant, with the rather special option of having your meals delivered, completes the package at Ocean Reach.
