Beautiful, clean and quiet town home at Deschutes Landing in the heart of the Old Mill District.

Walk out the door, along the river to everything the Old Mill has to offer; dining, shopping, movies, amphitheater, parks, paddle boards, kayaking, ice skating, running trails, bicycling etc. The town home features a chefs kitchen, spacious living and dining rooms, office nook, front deck and back patio with gas Bar B Que. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Master bedroom with King bed, separate shower and soaking tub and large walk in closet upstairs. Second suite upstairs with Queen bed, walk in closet and private bath with shower. Main level bedroom has a Queen bed with 3/4 bathroom across the hall. Living room features queen size hide-a-bed with memory foam mattress. On sight parking includes 2 spaces within tandem garage and one driveway space. Large garage has plenty of room for your toys.

Host was excellent, clear communications. Townhome was immaculate and nice layout. Comfortable beds. Nice decor. Kitchen was sizable and had everything needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. We loved the easy walking access to the Mill District and river walk. The garage was a bonus, roomy and plenty of storage. We sure enjoyed this place and would love to rent it again. Highly recommend.
Crux Brewery is family-friendly and just 4 minute drive from townhome.

Fantastic stay! This is a beautiful home in a convenient location to walk along the river, shop, eat and enjoy the Bend area. For older folks, know there are flights of stairs to access the living area and bedrooms but this home is just wonderful. Great communication. I can’t say enough about how much we really enjoyed our stay. It was like coming home in the evenings.

It was an absolutely beautiful condo. It worked perfectly for us. There were several really fun restaurants within a five minute walk at the Orville District. And then there are definitely more restaurants and places to go in the downtown area. We chose to drive downtown as it’s a little farther walk than we wanted to do at night after dinner driving is very easy in BendEvery day we took off and drove to a different trailhead in the three sisters mountain range. I felt our location was perfect.One small thing I might pay attention to is that the balcony does not overlook the river. There are pictures on the site that appear to be from the condo, but they are not. It overlooks another row of houses. This was not important to us, but if you had people in your group who plan to stay home and read and hang out in the condo, it probably is important.It was a wonderful place to stay!

This property is fantastic. It is a great location for walking on the river and to the Old Mill district shops. It was so clean and organized it looks brand new. All 6 of us loved everything about this place; beds were super comfortable, temperature control worked great, WiFi and television were easy to use and kitchen was well stocked with nice appliances for us cooks. Even the neighbors are super friendly and welcoming. We will return again next year.

Perfect location for accessing all activities in Bend. Walking distance to Old Mill District, the amphitheater, and downtown Bend. Easy access to the river and many trails leading into and away from Bend. Large tandem garage with plenty of room for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. Will definitely stay here again!

On the River

The rental was roomy. Three beds three baths a big plus for us 6 adults. Very well appointed. On the river and a quick walk to the Mill District. Grilled in the outside back yard area and relaxed on the front deck. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Our host exceeded our expectations, and the overall experience was great. The property was as described.On arrival, the residence was immaculately clean.The kitchen was nicely appointed with all the necessary appliances, cookware, and utensils that one requires for cooking and preparing a meal.For what we had planned, it was an ideal location for enjoying Bend, restaurants, and hiking in the Deschutes National Forest.Last, I appreciated the owner's proactive method of communication. It was responsive and informative.

Quiet, safe & ideal location!

We have been to Bend many times and this location was one of our favorite! Brought our adult children (6 of us in total) yo Bend for the outdoor recreation. Though near the river and river walk it’s three rows of houses back so you don’t hear the noise. It’s a short walk to the Old mill shops and restaurants and a great jumping off point to Mt. Bachelor (30 min) hiking and skiing and everything Bend and the surrounding area has to offer. The River walk is great for a bike ride, run or stroll. We watched the 4th of July fireworks a short walk from the home on the other side of the river. Grocery stores, breweries, fabulous food and everything you need close by. Home is exactly as listed. Excellent communication from owner and home is well appointed and allows for great meals in if that’s what you’re looking for. Two bedrooms upstairs are quiet from main level if you have those early to bed types in your party. Other bedroom is on main level towards bs k of house. Each evening we played games on the back patio and enjoyed watching the thunderstorm that rolled through from the front balcony. Garage parking was wonderful. If you’re looking for a quiet, safe and ideally located home I would highly recommend this place!

Golf and concert

Fantastic condo in a great location. We could walk to the amphitheater, cruise the river front and easily access lots of locations around Bend. Beautiful place, very clean and friendly excellent communications. Could ask for anything more and will definitely stay again when the opportunity arises. Thanks Steve and Dawn!

The place is beautiful 3 bedroom 3 baths. Perfect location. Easy walk to a ton of restaurants and bars. Taphouse close by multiple food trucks. The owner was fun to talk to before staying. Awesome place. The neighbor loves to talk as well we talk golfing for awhile.

Well appointed and thoughtfully equipped

We love this area of Bend. Right next to the Old Mill district, and an easy walk to downtown. We have stayed in another Vrbo in Deschutes Landing, but this one was superior in the furnishings and especially the way it was equipped…great kitchen and and very thoughtfully supplied.

Great location and property

The Old Mill Getaway was a great property in a very convenient location. We appreciated having access to the river trail just across the street and being able to walk to shops and restaurants. The property itself was very clean and well appointed. We loved that each bedroom had its own full bath as well- huge bonus that can be hard to find! Communication with the owners was easy and timely. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful home

My husband, adult son and our friends enjoyed this comfortable home in the Old Mill. The house had a well appointed kitchen, lots of towels in the bathrooms, comfortable beds, a grill in back and front and back patios. We had a garage for our car and toys. We enjoyed being steps to the river and trail! We were also close to the Old Mill and downtown for shopping and dining. Definitely one of our best Vrbo experiences in Bend.

Dawn and Steve grew up in Portland before moving to Seattle for work. For many years they returned to Central Oregon for vacations with their family. They are now retired and living in Bend and feel very fortunate to have this home in the heart of Bend to share with others. Being able to walk out the door for dinner, movies or shopping is spectacular. Honestly, they miss having this as their primary home in Bend. Running along the river whether in town or up river to where there is no development is truly a pleasure. What they love about Bend is all the year-round outdoor activities that make life exciting. They really enjoy the proximity to Mt. Bachelor, Phil's Trail, Smith Rock, the Amphitheater and Crater Lake. All of which provide some of the best outdoor activities you can find anywhere.

As previously mentioned, this home is centrally located in the heart of Bend. Families can walk out the door to so many activities year round. The Old Mill is absolutely beautiful with the Deschutes River and the Cascade Mountains as a back drop. The home itself is very cozy and comfortable no matter what time of year you visit.
