Modern Holiday Home in Vindeby v / Svendborg

Get up in the morning and head directly out onto the east-facing balcony from which to enjoy the sunrise over the fields.
The food is prepared in the open kitchen and is enjoyed by the large dining area, overlooking the city and the sound.
The evening is enjoyed on the west-facing balcony, from which the sunset and views of the city and the sound are breathtaking, or on the couch which with fire in the wood burning stove invites for relaxation and enjoyment.
Path systems in the scenic surrounding area also invite you for a nice walk during the day

Square:
Bright and friendly 1st floor apartment, built in 2001, and in good condition.
There is open kip throughout the apartment and breathtaking views of the city and Svendborg Sound from all rooms and both balconies.

Guest access:
From the common entrance there is direct access to the holiday home on the first floor.
On the 1st floor there is access to the following via a repo:
Large bright room with double bed, armchair and cot. Furthermore, from the bedroom is direct access to the east-facing balcony, overlooking the city and fields, as well as Svendborgsund.
Large bathroom with shower and dressing table.
Large kitchen family room / living room. From the repo there is access to the bright and open kitchen which contains all the bases or meters, here under the dishwasher and large fridge / freezer.
In the extension of the kitchen there is a large dining area from which you can enjoy the view over the city and Svendborgsund.
Extending the dining area, the sofa area, with a large sofa, is especially suitable for floating in. At the Sofa area there is also a 1½ bed, which can be moved around as desired.
