Linens, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, washer/ dryer. All you need is your suitcase! Another great feature to this home are the tv's which can be found in the living area, along with both bedrooms! Feel free to bring your animals who will also approve of the fenced in yard and walking paths in the neighborhood. The location is ideal for one visiting Charleston. You are centrally located just off the beaten path but can get to all of the hotspots in just a short drive! New Restaurants are a plenty within a 5 minute drive. Other features to note are a gas grill and patio area in the backyard. There's games for the kids or adults.. You will not be disappointed by this beautifully maintained Charleston home!!

About Elizabeth Perrine
Growing up coming to Charleston, I knew I always wanted a property that was either at the beach or at least close to the beach! I figured for now this location was about as good as it gets! When you visit this property, you will see the background of my husband and myself and our love for Folly and also Charleston. We have owned this property for over 10 years and are so happy to call Charleston our home.

This particular property backs up to the walking paths and behind that is a beautifully wooded area where there's plenty of nature. One of my favorite features of the property is the backyard. It is a private area with all types of flowers great for your morning coffee, reading a book, or simply listening to the birds. Whether you spend a day at the beach or checking out the history of Charleston, this home will be a great spot to end your day relaxing.

Fantastic Quiet Quiant Convenient Condo!!!
Super great little condo superb location close enough to Downtown but yet out of the way from the chaos. Loved it!!! Quick hop skip to Folley Beach, Easy access drive to Downtown Charleston. Amazing upscale condo super clean, cozy just perfect for a couples getaway or a family of four plus Pet Friendly. Loved the grounds and walking trails and ponds in community. Great access to everything it’s convenient to food/dining, grocery, etc.

Wonderful home and location
This home was just as presented. It is very clean and well equipped with all that is needed in the kitchen and for a comfortable stay. My daughter loves tennis and loved watching Wimbledon on the direct TV with the ability to watch multiple channels (matches) at once! The neighborhood is quiet with a nice walking trail around the property. The location is convenient for getting to both Charleston and Folly Beach as well as Walmart right down the street. I would definitely go again as well as recommend to others! Thanks so much!

My family had a great week long stay. The owners were very responsive and made sure we had a great stay. I would highly recommend this property. It’s 10-15 minutes from the beach and downtown Charleston. The property was clean, modern and had everything you needed.

Our pups loved the fenced in patio area! It was very private and magical!Very nice gas grill (we didn’t have time to use). I found myself watering the flowers on the patio every morning with my coffee. The home is conveniently located to everything. We had a wedding at Magnolia Plantation, but also had lunch at Folly Beach and toured Charleston. Lots of restaurants close by. And grocery stores as well as Walmart. Wonderful paved walkway around property where we walked our pups. Quiet neighborhood..,and the air conditioner was my husbands favorite as our weekend was extremely hot!! This beautiful neighborhood is right in the middle of James Island which puts you close to Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston. It is also a scenic drive out to areas such as Kiawah, Seabrook, and Wadmalaw where you may horseback, take a winery tour, visit the historic Angel Oak and plenty more!
