This Townhome on James Island has been renovated from top to bottom. When you come to stay at our abode you will be surprised at how well stocked the home is. Linens, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, washer/ dryer. All you need is your suitcase! Another great feature to this home are the tv's which can be found in the living area, along with both bedrooms! Feel free to bring your animals who will also approve of the fenced in yard and walking paths in the neighborhood. The location is ideal for one visiting Charleston. You are centrally located just off the beaten path but can get to all of the hotspots in just a short drive! New Restaurants are a plenty within a 5 minute drive. Other features to note are a gas grill and patio area in the backyard. There's games for the kids or adults.. You will not be disappointed by this beautifully maintained Charleston home!!

About Elizabeth Perrine
Growing up coming to Charleston, I knew I always wanted a property that was either at the beach or at least close to the beach! I figured for now this location was about as good as it gets! When you visit this property, you will see the background of my husband and myself and our love for Folly and also Charleston. We have owned this property for over 10 years and are so happy to call Charleston our home.

We want travelers to have an enjoyable experience while not breaking the bank.
What makes this Townhome unique
This particular property backs up to the walking paths and behind that is a beautifully wooded area where there's plenty of nature. One of my favorite features of the property is the backyard. It is a private area with all types of flowers great for your morning coffee, reading a book, or simply listening to the birds. Whether you spend a day at the beach or checking out the history of Charleston, this home will be a great spot to end your day relaxing.

The townhouse was excellent. The only item I would suggest adding, to go with the pack n play, is a high chair.
Perfect accommodations. We even used the grill!!
And it would be nice if the check out time was noon instead of 10 am.

This sweet home has been beautifully decorated and includes all the comforts of home you might need. I appreciate the attention to detail including the luxurious PB towels. It’s a short, easy drive to downtown. I would highly recommend this place. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with as well.

This little two bedroom was so perfect! Great for our little dogs, they so enjoyed the outdoor space. I loved that there were two bathrooms! I can’t wait to come back.
We really enjoyed both the location and amenities. Home was extremely clean and organized, and the 10-minute drive to downtown Charleston was easy.
Quiet and comfortable, feels like being home
This was my second stay at this home and it was just as wonderful as the first stay. The house is cozy and clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. It has absolutely everything you could need from linens to cookware - even a Keurig! The walking trail is great for early morning or after dinner strolls. The home itself is located equal distance from downtown Charleston and Folly Beach, making it an easy drive to either place. There are lots of restaurants nearby and a Walmart is just down the street incase you forgot anything at home. Also, Elizabeth is quick to reply if you have any questions. I wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be back soon - thanks again!
This beautiful neighborhood is right in the middle of James Island which puts you close to Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston. It is also a scenic drive out to areas such as Kiawah, Seabrook, and Wadmalaw where you may horseback, take a winery tour, visit the historic Angel Oak and plenty more!
