Linens, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, washer/ dryer. All you need is your suitcase! Another great feature to this home are the tv's which can be found in the living area, along with both bedrooms! Feel free to bring your animals who will also approve of the fenced in yard and walking paths in the neighborhood. The location is ideal for one visiting Charleston. You are centrally located just off the beaten path but can get to all of the hotspots in just a short drive! New Restaurants are a plenty within a 5 minute drive. Other features to note are a gas grill and patio area in the backyard. There's games for the kids or adults.. You will not be disappointed by this beautifully maintained Charleston home!!

Growing up coming to Charleston, I knew I always wanted a property that was either at the beach or at least close to the beach! I figured for now this location was about as good as it gets! When you visit this property, you will see the background of my husband and myself and our love for Folly and also Charleston. We have owned this property for over 10 years and are so happy to call Charleston our home.

My husband & I rented this property last week. Everything inside was updated and clean. It's a great location - very close to downtown Charleston & Folly Beach. We enjoyed the great walking paths behind the property and the backyard was perfect for our little dog. We would definitely rent this home again!

I thought a lot of detail was put into making the house homey and warm. The neighborhood is nice and we felt safe. Close to downtown and many restaurants and stores. The owner is very organized and responsive. We loved our stay and so did our pup. Thank you!
Great place to stay, a bit far from from Old Historic Charleston. Comfortable, nice sized bedrooms, clean, well maintained, and well stocked kitchen. Manager was responsive.

VERY NEAT AND CLEAN, EASY TO LOCATE AND NICE INVIREMENT.
WE LOVED STAYING HERE, IT WAS SO COMFORTABLE AND JUST PERFECT FOR OUR DOG WITH THE FENCED IN BACK YARD. I LOVED THE LAY OUT OF THE TOWNHOUSE AND THE COOL WAY IT IS DECORATED. IT WAS VERY NEAT AND CLEAN. WE TRAVEL ALOT AND I USUALLY HAVE TO TAKE EXTRA LAUNDRY SOAP, DISHWASHER, ETC., THIS PLACE WAS STOCKED AND ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS BRING YOUR CLOTHES. WOULD DEFINETLY STAY HERE AGAIN!
This beautiful neighborhood is right in the middle of James Island which puts you close to Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston. It is also a scenic drive out to areas such as Kiawah, Seabrook, and Wadmalaw where you may horseback, take a winery tour, visit the historic Angel Oak and plenty more!
