Detta radhus på James Island har renoverats från topp till botten. När du kommer att bo på vår bostad kommer du att bli förvånad över hur väl lager huset är. Sängkläder, badlakan, fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Allt du behöver är din resväska! En annan bra funktion till detta hem är tv: n som finns i vardagsrummet, tillsammans med båda sovrummen! Ta gärna med dig dina djur som också kommer att godkänna de inhägnade gårdarna och vandringslederna i grannskapet. Platsen är idealisk för en besöker Charleston. Du är centralt belägen precis utanför misshandlad banan men kan komma till alla hotspots på bara en kort bilresa! Nya restauranger är mycket inom en 5 minuters bilresa. Andra funktioner att notera är en gasgrill och uteplats i bakgården. Det finns spel för barnen eller vuxna .. Du kommer inte bli besviken över detta vackert underhållna Charleston hem !!

Beautiful property close to downtown Charleston

We absolutely loved staying in Elizabeth’s beautiful home. The house was perfectly in between folly beach and downtown Charleston, either of which were only 10 minutes away. Would stay again!

Great couple day stay!

We really enjoyed our few days spent at the rental. It was decorated very cute and was super cozy. It was very clean and a great location to both Folly beach and downtown Charleston. We would most definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay! Loved it!

Awesome place to stay for a visit to Charleston!

The condo was very comfortable, clean, and well designed.

We went on a family trip to Charleston and stayed for a week. This was a perfect home base for our trip. It is a perfect location between the beach and the city. We would highly recommend this property for a similar trip.

Perfect place for a comfy vacay!

Growing up coming to Charleston, I knew I always wanted a property that was either at the beach or at least close to the beach! I figured for now this location was about as good as it gets! When you visit this property, you will see the background of my husband and myself and our love for Folly and also Charleston. We have owned this property for 20 years and are so happy to call Charleston our home.

Whether you are visiting Charleston for the first time or have been coming here for years, we know that there are so many things going on and who wants to spend all of their money on an expensive hotel when you can have all of the comforts in our home! We want travelers to have an enjoyable experience while not breaking the bank.

This particular property backs up to the walking paths and behind that is a beautifully wooded area where there's plenty of nature. One of my favorite features of the property is the backyard. It is a private area with all types of flowers great for your morning coffee, reading a book, or simply listening to the birds. Whether you spend a day at the beach or checking out the history of Charleston, this home will be a great spot to end your day relaxing.
