'LA VILLA COURTINE' private heated pool panoramic view!

Booking conditions:
Private property for 6 persons max, kids included. Children should be over 5 yo and able to swim well for security reasons.

The pool is heated from around Mid April until end May/June and in September/October depending on the weather... Fee : 20€ per day

Luxury villa in Provence / French Riviera with a panoramic sea view, heated pool, 3000m2 of land, 15 minutes from the beaches of Sanary sur Mer / Bandol and from Toulon "the sunniest city in France" :-) ... with an average of 2,900 hours of sunshine a year. Ideal also for off-season holidays. Nudist beaches at 10 kms. Golf La Fregate at 5 kms.

The house, facing south, is U-shaped around a large terrace with private pool and a summer dining room for barbecues. The house consists of an entrance, a large Provencal kitchen, a living room with large windows, a suite with spa bath, shower, toilet, dressing room, two beautiful bedrooms plus bathroom and toilet.

The villa overlooks the harbor of Toulon and the sea. It is located near Ollioules, typical medieval Provencal village and close to the fishing village of Sanary andon Wednesdays its most beautifull market of France, the seaside resort of Bandol, its vineyards and its golf and casino, and to the "Center National de création et cultural broadcast Chateauvallon "(shows during summer holidays).

You can also discover Toulon, the most beautiful harbor in Europe, the islands of Les Embiez, St Cyr les Lecques, the creeks of Cassis and the region of Hyeres, the peninsula of Giens ... and the gold islands (Porquerolles, Port Cros and Le Levant).

Not to forget at 1 hour drive ... Saint Tropez!

And also the whole Var hinterland (traditional villages, abbeys, vineyards, Verdon gorges, lakes ...).

Walks, jogging, mountain biking directly accessible from the house on paths and in the hills. An equestrian center and a pony club at 2 minutes walk from the property. A very well-known bakery-pastry-chocolatier at 5 minutes.

Bed linen and toiletries provided. Cleaning fees at end of stay included.

Just beautiful

Lovely home and pool with exquisite views of the bay. Super well équipée kitchen. We had a great time; the heated pool meant we could swim even in the last two weeks of October. Just a note - the beautiful view means a drive through the hills on narrow roads!

Absolutely wonderful villa with spectacular views

This has to be one of my all time favourite villas that we have stayed in. The layout is perfect for our family with fantastic views of the sea & La Seyne sur-Mer - as we walked in, we were blown away by the incredible view. The pool is gorgeous and can be heated if needed and the house itself is spotless. The area is a quiet residential area and that suited us. Brigitte and Roger were extremely friendly and helpful with great suggestions of things to do. Maison Henri is just down the road and sells incredible pastries and breads and there's a huge Carrefour and a Lidl nearby for shopping. We loved the villa so much we spent a lot of time enjoying the sun loungers and pool, but outings to Verdon gorge, Aix-en-provence, Lourmarin & Carrieres-Lumieres were all super alternatives to pool days. The only slight issue was that the internet is a bit slow could be unreliable but Serge does have a mobile phone set up as a hotspot for emergencies and it's a great way to get everyone off their electronic devices. I can highly recommend Serge's villa and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! A huge thank you to Serge, Brigitte and Roger.

Un vrai coup de cœur

Idéalement située, une vue imprenable sur la petite rade de Toulon, Saint Mandrier, la Seyne et ses environs, la Villa est juste merveilleuse, fort bien équipée, située dans un bel environnement, en parfaite conformité avec l’annonce. Merci à Brigitte, Roger et notre hôte, d’une grande gentillesse et disponibilité, qui ont rendu notre séjour très agréable. Une expérience à faire et à refaire.

Perfekte Lage mit einer atemberaubender Aussicht

Die Lage eignet sich super für viele verschiedene Ausflüge. Es hat auch einige schöne Strände die man in kurzer Autofahrzeit erreichen kann. Oder man geniesst einfach das tolle Haus (Pool!) mit der fantastischen Aussicht. Für Hobbyköche wie wir könnte die Küche ein bisschen besser ausgestattet oder organisiert sein. Auch eine zweite Dusche wär nicht übel. Aber das sind Details und klagen auf hohem Niveau 😉 wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Excellent séjour

Location en tout point conforme à l'annonce. Accueil très sympathique. Grande maison très confortable, très bien équipée (il ne manque rien !), piscine chauffée bien agréable en demi-saison, sans vis-à-vis. Très calme, avec une très belle vue sur la rade de Toulon. Accès rapide aux grands axes pour (A50 notamment) pour visiter la région. Seul petit bémol : peu de pression d'eau chaude pour la douche. Mais ça n'empêche pas d'apprécier tout le reste. Location à recommander.

First of all we experienced a war welcome by the host and his sister, Serge and Brigit. The location of the villa is wonderful, very quiet surrounded by hills and with a great view towards the Toulon Harbour. The pool is spacious and perfect for a cool down. The villa is complete so you actually only need some groceries and your done. Yes we highly recommend Villa Courtine!

Beste Aussicht!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa und der Umgebung von Toulon. Besonders toll (bei Tag und Nacht) war die Aussicht über die Bucht von Toulon, wie im Titelbild zu sehen. Ruhige Lage. Die Kinder hatten viel Spass im Pool (ca. 8x4m). Am liebsten mochten wir den Strand in Bandol, in Höhe des Strandcafes "Le petit Meunier". Das Marine Museum (musee naval) in Toulon war recht informativ. Der schönste Ort zum Bummeln war Sanary (die Altstadt). Danke an Familie Novaretti!

Calme et volupté

La Villa Courtine est un havre de paix et de bien-être. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans la villa ou on a manqué de rien. L'agencement de la villa est parfait; chambres, cuisine, séjour, tout est de bon goût. L'espace extérieur est juste waow! La piscine chauffée, le salon et l'espace repas extérieur, les diverses possibilités de repos avec en prime une superbe vue mer - que vouloir de plus? Tout est parfaitement propre et bien entretenu. Merci à Brigitte, Serge et Roger pour leur gentillesse et leur disposition. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons;-)

Traumhaus mit moderner Architektur

Das Haus ist tatsächlich so schön wie auf den Fotos! Es bietet jeden Komfort und ist toll ausgestattet. Was immer wir brauchten, wir haben es gefunden - sogar eine Yogamatte. Das Bett ist herrlich bequem und das Bad mit dem riesigen Fenster beeindruckend. Wir wurden zudem total nett empfangen von Brigitte und Roger - sie haben uns noch viele Tipps gegeben. Ein riesiger Carrefour lässt keine Wünsche offen und in Ollioules (das sonst leider etwas heruntergekommen ist) fanden wir gleich zwei tolle Restaurants. Wer also einen chilligen Urlaub in einem Haus mit moderner Architektur machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig - wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Wunderschöne Villa mit traumhaftem Blick!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) verbrachten eine sehr erholsame Woche in der Villa Courtine. Sie ist perfekt eingerichtet mit drei liebevoll dekorierten Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern, einem großzügigem Wohnzimmer und einer super ausgestatteten Küche. Trotz des verregneten und stürmischen Wetters haben wir den Pool täglich genutzt. Es ist herrlich entspannend auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und einfach nur die atemberaubende Aussicht zu genießen. Auch vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man diesen tollen Blick. Super! Die Lage ist genial für alle die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Ein sehr guter Bäcker ist in 4 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Supermärkte, Tankstellen usw. sind 10 - 15 min Autofahrt entfernt. Von der Villa aus kann man zu Fuß zu einer Aussichtsplatform laufen (15 - 20 min) mit einem herrlichen Blick über Toulon. Gleich dahinter führen Wanderwege in ein Waldgebiet. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Strände und jede Menge Ausflugsziele: Sanary-sur-mer, Mont Faron, Poquerolles... auch die kleine Stadt Ollioules ist wirklich bezaubernd. Serge Novaretti ist ein idealer Gastgeber, die Kommunikation ist prompt, unkompliziert und sehr nett. Auch die beiden Kontaktpersonen vor Ort sind überaus liebenswürdig. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und wären gern viel länger geblieben. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Wunderschöne Lage

Der Urlaub war wirklich sehr schön! Die Villa Courtine bietet einen traumhaften Blick und die Bilder entsprechen voll und ganz der Realität. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, die Ausstattung umfangreich. Der Vermieter bzw. seine Kontaktpersonen waren außerordentlich freundlich und eine kleine Reparatur wurde prompt ausgeführt.
