Recently renovated country cottage, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, kitchen. Externally covered veranda with table and chairs, barbecue, garden and parking space.
The cottage is furnished with everything you need, including the washing machine, umbrella and beach seats.
The house falls within my farm extended about three hectares.
The sea is about 300/400 meters and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
Absolutely quiet and peaceful place, authentic oasis of peace 1 km from Donnalucata.

Unbelievable Experience!!!

I have traveled all over the world and have stayed at 5 star resorts. This was my first time staying in a VRBO so I was a little hesitant and thought there is no way the pictures shown on the website could hold up to the actual property. Boy was I wrong. This condo is absolutely amazing and far exceeded my expectations! The pictures do not do it justice - when you walk in the condo is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. You will have an amazing time!!!

Wir hatten im Oktober 2025, 21 Tage bei Nicolò in Donnalucata gebucht. Die schönen Außenaufnahmen (6 Bilder) haben uns besonders gefallen sowie die durchweg sehr positiven Bewertungen und auch der Preis.Diese schöne Außenanlage konnten wir nicht einmal nutzen, da die Moskitos gnadenlos zugestochen haben. Folglich haben wir, sofern wir nicht unterwegs waren, immer bei elektrischem Licht in der Wohnung zugebracht.Nicolò ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit: er hat uns sehr schnell benötigte Dinge besorgt (Topflappen, "Kaffeemaschine", kleine Topfdeckel, Putzmittel).Es gab kein WLAN, aber wir kamen auch ohne zurecht. Aus der Beschreibung ging leider nicht hervor, dass es nur italienische Sender im Fernsehen gibt.Am 11. Tag sind wir ausgezogen...

Es tut uns leid, dass wir die Probleme, die unseren Aufenthalt verkürzt haben, nicht lösen konnten. Es handelte sich dabei um Dinge (Mücken, Fernseher mit italienischen Sendern usw.), die sonst nie jemandem Unannehmlichkeiten bereitet hatten. Es gibt jedoch immer Verbesserungspotenzial.

Schöne ruhige Ecke

Häusern ist wie auf der Seite beschrieben. Ruhige Ecke. Sauber. Alles notwengiges is dabei. Gastgeber Nocolo ist sehr netter Mensch, immer hilfsbereit. Schöner Strand ist 7 min (550 m) entfernt. Einkaufsläden 4 min mit Auto. Tankstellen auch. Schöne interessante Umgebung.

Eine sehr eng verbundene Familie, offen für Gespräche, mit einem sehr freundlichen Familienoberhaupt! Sie haben alle Hausregeln eingehalten und alles ordentlich und sauber hinterlassen. Nous avons passé 3 semaines delicieuses dans cette charmante maison climatisée et très bien équipée. L exterieur est ravissant entouré de verdure. La petite plage accessible à pied (5 mn) est très agréable et très calme. La situation de la maison nous a permis de visiter les magnifiques villes baroques de cette région. Nicola le propriétaire est vraiment adorable. Nous recommandons vraiment ce petit havre de paix à Donnalucata. Nathalie et Didier

Sonniger erholsamer Winterurlaub in Sizilien

Wir verbrachten mit unserer Tochter und zwei Hunden einen meist sonnigen Urlaub zum Jahreswechsel auf Sizilien abseits von Weihnachts- und Silvestertrubel. Das einfache, aber gut ausgestattete Haus auf der Gemüseplantage ist ruhig gelegen und nah am Strand. Von Nicolos riesiger Gemüsekiste gratis habe ich leckere Lasagne und Minestrone gekocht. Wir hätten gerne noch länger Zeit gehabt, denn das Wetter wurde täglich schöner. Die Hunde fühlten sich auch super wohl. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern in dem sehr schönen Haus von Nicolò und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Sehr gute Lage, nicht weit vom Strand und zu Scicli. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen

Giovane famiglia con due bambini, molto cordiali e disponibili. Hanno trascorso le loro vacanze in perfetto stile mediterraneo, mare e sole tutti i giorni !!! Fresco relax lontano dal caos

La proprietà si trova a cinque minuti a piedi dal mare (bella spiaggia poco frequentata) e a pochissimi minuti di auto dai centri di Donnalucata, Sampieri, Cava d'Aliga e a tante spiagge. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le perle barocche di Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Noto. Alla sera ti aspetta un barbecue e una cena al fresco del giardino. L'appartamento ha tutto quello che serve, compresa doccia esterna e aria condizionata in due ambienti. Comunque la zona è ventilata e fresca, il giardino contornato da un rigoglioso canneto. Il proprietario Nicola, simpatico e discreto, è sempre disponibile per ogni necessità e per dare buoni consigli ai viaggiatori. Insomma siamo stati benone.

È stato un piacere accoglierli e conoscerli, giovane coppia con tre bimbi piccoli e il quarto in arrivo !! Papà Riccardo sempre indaffarato a far le provviste la mattina, poi alla guida per un bel giretto e la sera una gran grigliata al barbecue. Mamma Francesca dolce ma irremovibile intrattiene i bimbi. I quali dal canto loro sono stati dolcissimi e molto tranquilli. Hanno lasciato la casa negli orari previsti, in perfetto stato e molto ordinata e pulita. È stato molto gradevole fare la loro conoscenza e averli come ospiti. Mi farebbe molto piacere ospitarli nuovamente. E chissà se nascerà una femminuccia non si chiami Filippa...... come la Contrada che li ha ospitati.....Pezza Filippa !!!! Una caro saluto . Nicola

Relax e cordialità

Siamo ritornati dopo 2 anni! Ci eravamo innamorati del posto, della tranquillità che si respirava in ogni attimo della giornata, dei profumi della campagna che circondavano il luogo e dell'ospitalità di Nicolò! E abbiamo ritrovato il tutto come se il tempo non fosse mai passato! Casa indipendente, parcheggio idem, nessun rumore dalla statale che si trova molto distante, 5 minuti di camminata e sei in spiaggia di sabbia, lunghissima, deserta, con acqua limpida e poco profonda. 2 supermercati a 10 minuti di macchina, Donnalucata a tiro di schioppo, ma il bello è proprio godere del relax del posto per una settimana da sogno!! Grazie Nicolò, alla prossima!

IL PARADISO

Proprio non volevamo andare via ..... Un posto splendido, dove ritrovare i suoni della natura e la tranquillità che ti infondono calma e serenità. La spiaggia, in cui si susseguono tante calette con dune di sabbia, è a pochi minuti di cammino tra la campagna. E non c'è la ressa di bagnanti. E il mare ......... lascia a bocca aperta! La casa è semplice ma arredata con gusto e accessoriata di tutto. E molto molto molto pulita. Onore al merito! Privacy assicurata dalla vegetazione curata e fondamentale pergolato all'aperto, con tutto quanto necessario per godersi le fresche serate, compreso il barbeque. E se manca qualcosa o hai un problema, non fai in tempo a dirlo a Nicolò, che ha già provveduto. Splendidi padroni di casa. Cordiali, accoglenti e spontanei. Un ringraziamento particolare al loro figliolo che è stato il compagno di giochi del nostro. Altrimenti eravamo persi! Grazie di tutto Patrizia, Niko e Ale

Famiglia simpaticissima e molto disponibile, i nostri rispettivi figli hanno legato subito e si sono divertiti. È stato per noi un vero piacere fare la loro conoscenza e ci rivedremo presto !!! Ci abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore...

Siamo tornati a casa da un paio di giorni ma il pensiero torna li...come potrebbe essere diversamente? La casa è' esattamente come descritta, non manca assolutamente nulla per chi desidera davvero rilassarsi e godere del piacere di stare nella quiete, a due passi da un mare "africano" con spiagge a dune, lontano dalla calca dei luoghi più turistici . Che dire poi del proprietario, Nicola, e della sua famiglia: ci siamo sentiti a casa!!
