House of new construction, suitable for children, quiet, secluded and sunny in the countryside. Outdoor bar area covered with sink, refrigerator and w. c., paddle court, totally fenced and privative land, large lawn area, careful decoration, is at the heart of the subbetica. The unbeatable views towards the subbetica and located in the neuralgic center of Andalusia. All privative for the tenant. The house is composed of two units, the first consists of living room, kitchen, porch, 2 bedrooms and bathroom and the second living room kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. If the tenants do not exceed the number of 5 people only the first unit will be opened, if the number of people in the reservation is greater than 5 people the two units would be opened.

Vacances entre famille et amis

Nous sommes partis pour une première fois avec un couple d'amis et nos deux enfants de 9 et 12 ans. La maison est vraiment parfaitement accueillante pour un séjour agréable avec une magnifique piscine plus une cuisine extérieure prévue afin de passer de bonnes soirées prolongées. Nos amis étaient avec nous dans la partie attenante. Ils étaient donc indépendants dans leur partie de maison. Tout est prévu pour passer un séjour parfait Merci à Domingo pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous espérons revenir un jour. A conseiller vivement !

Casa, piscina y pista de padel, todo perfecto. Trato con el personal inmejorable.

La casa en perfecto estado; muchas actividades para los ratos de ocio; piscina , padel, cercana a la vía verde de Baena y situados en el centro de Andalucía, a menos de una hora de Córdoba, Granada, Jaén, Málaga, etc.. Muchas Gracias a Domingo el propietario, por el trato recibido.

FANTASTICO!!!!!!

Magnifica casa Estuvimos 14 dias mi marido y yo en compañia de nuestros hijos de 12 y 14 años y lo pasamos de maravilla. La pista de paddel , que pensamos que no ibamos a usar por el calor , al final la usamos todos los dias . La piscina muy grande y los alrededores con un monton de olivos , fenomenal para dar grandes paseos. Está muy cerca del pueblo Baena que tienes de todo. Gracias Domingo por la atención prestada. Un saludo

"Maison agréable sans vis à vis très bien située à 1heure1/2 maximum de tout (mer, Granada, Seville,Sierra Nevada...). Piscine super agréable !! Manque un peu de vaisselle. On a eu des aboiements de chien des voisins légèrement dérangeant. Domingo est très sympathique."

"Conformément à la descri...

"Conformément à la description la villa maria est très bien équipée. Tout est bien pensé pour passer un agréable séjour : entre bar, piscine, barbecue, terrain de tennis, tout y est ! Quelques petits plus sur place ... et un accueil chaleureux. Quelqu''un s''occupe de l''entretien de la villa et fait office de ''guide'' de Baena si nécessaire. Il reste cependant très discret (nous ne l''avons vu qu''une fois dans la semaine). En ce qui concerne la situation, la villa est située au calme à Baena, petite ville typique de l''Andalousie. Elle est très agréable, on s''arrêtera notamment au restaurant ''casa del monte'', un des meilleurs et des mieux placés de la ville. Il ne faut cependant pas avoir peur de la chaleur extrême en plein été (montant jusqu''à 45 degrés à l''ombre). A refaire si l''occasion se présente."
