- 1.Smoking is NOT allowed. 2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property must be disclosed to the owner and the sole responsibility of Guest. Additional rates do apply. 3.This property is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 5.Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6.Use of Cleaning Products: Guests are required to only use soaps for their designated use. Washing detergent in the powder or liquid form can be used in the washer. If using the dishwasher, you are required to only use dishwasher detergent, not dishwashing soap allowable for washing dishes within the sink. 7.Maintenance: Guests are required to maintain the unit in its cleanliness which was provided during check-in. Any form of intentionally destroying the property which includes the floors, windows appliances, walls, and/furniture will not be tolerated. 8.Pets are NOT allowed 9.Parking: – On street parking is available during your stay. All guests are asked to respect the handicap parking spaces and be sure to park within standard Louisiana parking laws or regulations. 10.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens, bath towels, and kitchen housewares are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. 11.Water and Septic: The property is on a combined sewage systems with the community; therefore, placing inappropriate non-waste or non-food related items down the bathroom toilet or kitchen sink will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the sewage system, you could be charged damages of up to $(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: •The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or •A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. •The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period. 13. This property is unique because of it's proximity to the main events within the city. The property is a short 10-15 min walk to the French Quarters, and is located in a bike friendly area. In regards to tourism, Bourbon St. turns into my street after crossing Esplanade Ave; in addition, the city is in the progress of completing the N. Rampart/St. Claude Street Car Line by the end of the September 2016, which is one block from this property for commuter access throughout the city.
What makes this House unique
If you have more than 8 guest visiting New Orleans, please inquire because my neighbor may be willing to host the additional guest. In addition, I allow guest to say for a minimum of two days.
