The villa is located over three levels. The entry level leads to the spacious, air conditioned open plan living area with patio doors accessing the private terrace, garden and pool. All bedrooms located downstairs, in ground, feature patio doors to allow indirect sunlight onto each room. Air conditioning is not required here in the basement as the temperature it cooler than the other two levels. Central heating is available throughout the home.
