The apartment (Casa Mia) is located on the first floor of a building with only two residents. It is located in the highest point of Ferragudo, in a very quiet residential area, is very bright, decorated in a simple and cared for, ideal for those who want to enjoy a few days of vacation in comfort. It consists of kitchen, living room and two bedrooms, one with double bed and private bathroom and the other with twin beds. There is also a second bathroom. The apartment also has a balcony attached to the room where you can dine and a terrace where you can sunbathe, admiring a beautiful view where the blue of the sea is present in the distance. It is a 3-minute walk from the area where the soul of a small town, originally fishing, on the banks of the River Arade, with its shops, market, its terraces and excellent restaurants. Within walking distance you will find several beaches (the nearest is about 10 minutes on foot).

A beautiful and well furnished home from home, the photos do not do the apartment justice.We had a warm and energetic welcome from the lovely Tiina, who explained everything perfectly.The apartment has brilliant views with only a 5 min stroll to the beach.Ferragudo is a lovely town to discover and hope to return in the future.Thank you Nidia and Tiina

Perfekt lägenhet i idyllisk fiskeby

Smakfullt inredd lägenhet som överträffade bilderna i annonsen och i ett utmärkt läge. Fullt utrustat kök, rymlig balkong med sol från morgon till kväll (vid fint väder) och stor terrass med liten glimt av havet. Mycket väl omhändertagna av Tiina, värdinnan, med genomgång av maskiner etc och som mycket generöst välkomnade oss med portugisiska delikatesser. Trevlig kontakt med lägenhetsinnehavaren Nidia på distans! Summa summarum - vi är mycket mycket nöjda! Dock störde grannarnas alla ouppfostrade hundar oss med ett väldigt skällande! Något som tyvärr är ett vanligt i Portugal.

Superbes vacances !

Tout était parfait : appartement propre, complet, bien aménagé et très agréable à vivre ... et cerise sur le gâteau le rooftop au top ! L'appartement est aussi très bien localisé : proximité des plages, des balades, des resto, ... tout en étant au calme dans un "village" de pécheurs.... Finalement merci à Nidia et Tiina pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse.

Das perfekte und schönste Apartment!

Von der Lage, bis hin zur Ausstattung war diese Wohnung einfach perfekt. Man braucht nur knapp 10 min zu Fuß zum Strand und 5-6 Minuten bis zur Plazeta, wo die Restaurants und Bars sind. Es war alles im Haus vorhanden was man benötigt (Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Töpfe, Teller, Besteck, Tücher) und die mega große Dachterrasse, war das absolute Highlight. Wir wurden von Tiina empfangen und sie ist einfach der Hammer!! Noch nie haben wir eine nettere und lustigere Person wie sie kennengelernt. Nidia selber haben wir nicht getroffen, aber jeder Kontakt mit ihr war immer absolut herzlich und man sieht das die Wohnung mit ganz viel Liebe ausgestattet ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Séjour magnifique et appartement magnifique

Avons séjourné 10 jours à Ferragudo où nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. L appartement est spacieux et très bien entretenu. L accueil par Tinia l amie de la propriétaire a été très chaleureux et les formalités de d arrivée et de départ très simples et très rapides. La description faite de l appartement sur le site est conforme à ce que nous avons loué. Il est placé sur les hauteurs de Ferragudo dans un quartier calme et à proximité des plages et du centre. Pour notre premier séjour en Algarve nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. Encore merci à Nidia pour avoir facilité notre séjour avec toutes les informations fournis avant notre arrivée. Nous recommandons cette location si vous souhaitez de passer de très bonnes vacances.

Um local muito tranquilo e confortavel para passar umas férias

Passámos uns excelentes dias neste apartamento. Tem tudo o que é necessário para uma confortavel estadia, decorado com muito bom gosto e funcionalidade. O apartamento fica numa urbanização muito calma e tranquila. Fica muito perto a pé do centro de Ferragudo onde se encontram restaurantes, pequenos mercados e tudo o que é necessário. Também fica muito perto a pé da praia. Gostámos muito e esperamos voltar. Obrigada Nidia por nos ter recebido tão bem.

Traum-Ferienwohnung im malerischen Ferragudo! Aber mit Gebell...

Diese großzügige Ferienwohnung liegt mit auf der höchst gelegenen Straße in diesem wunderschönen Fischerdorf Ferragudo, das uns sehr ans Herz gewachsen ist. Nidias Wohnung, die in einem Reihenhaus in der 1. Etage liegt, ist sehr komfotabel ausgestattet und sehr geräumig: Zwei große Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder (was uns mit zwei Töchtern sehr gelegen kam), einem großen Wohnraum und einer großen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Vom Wohnraum aus gelangt man auf den wunderschönen großen Balkon, wovon man einen schönen Ausblick auf das Dorf hat. Beide Schlafzimmer haben zudem einen französischen Balkon. Vom Wohnrauum gelangt man über eine geflieste Treppe ins Dachgeschoss mit einem Galerie-Zimmer und Ausgang zur traumhaften Dachterasse. Von dort aus hat man noch einen schöneren Blick auf das Dorf, bis hin nach Portimao und hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Ganz liebevoll empfangen wurden wir von Tiina, die uns mit ihrer Herzlichkeit und ihrem finnischen Humor den Aufenthalt so wunderbar untermalt hat. Auch standen für unsere Kinder Süßigkeiten und Eis und für uns eine Flasche Wein und Kaffee bereit. Was will man mehr? Was wir mehr wollten war etwas Ruhe. Und diese Ruhe haben wir leider nicht bekommen, da im Nachbarhaus zwei große Hunde wohnten, die täglich ab 7 Uhr bis spät in die Nacht alleine auf der Dachterasse gelassen wurden und bei jedem vorbeifliegenden Vogel bellten. Nicht leise kläfften... NEIN - sondern lautes, sehr lautes Gebell JEDEN TAG von morgens früh bis mitten in die Nacht hinein. Tiina hatte zwar auf unsere Bitte hin mit den Nachbarn gesprochen, aber es hat sich leider nichts wesentlich verbessert. Das war wirklich ein Albtraum für uns, zumal unsere Kinder von dem Gebell auch jeden Morgen geweckt wurden und dementsprechend schlecht gelaunt waren. Abends konnte man die wunderschöne Dachterasse kaum nutzen, da man wegen des Gebells sein eigenes Wort nicht mehr verstehen konnte. Unser Fazit: Wohnung großartig, Ferragudo ein Traum, Tiina eine Perle! Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen, aber nur, wenn die Hunde vorher aus dem Nachbarhaus ausgezogen sind. Schade, denn eigentlich hätten wir der Wohnung gerne volle 5 Sterne gegeben.

nette Ferienwohnung, in der man sich sehr wohlfühlt

Bereits im Vorfeld fand eine sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit Nidia statt und vor Ort wurden wir dann von Tiina ausgesprochen herzlich empfangen! Sie hat uns alles Nötige erklärt und uns Informationsmaterial zur Verfügung gestellt. Man merkt der Wohnung an, dass sie von den Besitzern als Ferienwohnung genutzt wird - sie ist gepflegt und sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ein Parkplatz ist hinter dem Haus, zum Ein- bzw. Ausladen kann man sich aber direkt vor die Haustür stellen. Nach nur wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß unten im Ortskern. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den Wein und den Kaffee und bis bald!
