Very nice, quiet place

Flat is really in a peaceful location. If you want to eat something restaurant is a few meters from the flat. Beach is 15 minutes away and its free. Great place to load batteries for the next year. Away from it all......

Peaceful apartment near sea

The property was spacious and comfortable and in a peaceful location, though near the coast. We enjoyed our stay there. The surrounding wooded area is a haven for birds, and it is a great place to relax. The kitchen is well equipped. As everywhere on the coast, there were quite a few mosquitoes about, so we had to keep doors closed in the evening, and didn't sit outside.

The apartment is charming and colourful, with hand-painted furniture, decorative wall hangings, and vintage pieces that give it character. Both bedrooms are spacious, one with an en suite bathroom. The highlight is the breezy back balcony overlooking lush gardens and distant mountains—a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. It’s about a 10-minute walk to a great swimming beach. Guests should bring their own beach towels and umbrellas, though there are a couple of chairs provided. A mini market and excellent restaurants are nearby, and Castiglione della Pescaia is just a 10-minute drive away.However, a few easily avoidable issues affected our comfort. Basic items like bath soap, dish soap, extra toilet paper, and paper towels were not provided; there was mention of this in the listing. After a long drive, it was inconvenient to have to purchase these essentials ourselves—especially as all six other properties we stayed at during our Italy trip included them. The kitchen is charming but minimally equipped, particularly if more than two guests plan to cook.Additionally, the air conditioning was not working properly, leaving the apartment uncomfortably hot. Though the host did inform us of the issue shortly before arrival, no alternative arrangements or gestures were offered. These issues unfortunately detracted from an otherwise lovely and well-located property.

Sehr schöne, große und saubere Wohnung. Gut ausgestattete Küche! Bequeme Betten. Die Beleuchtung im Wohnbereich könnte heller sein.Gut gefallen hat uns auch der der schöne Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne! Leider waren die Sitzkissen für die Steinbank alle nass als wir ankamen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und nur 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Ein Auto vor Ort ist definitiv empfehlenswert. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber ausreichend. Supermärkte und diverse Obst-/Gemüsestände sind in unmittelbarer Nähe verfügbar. Unseren Urlaub konnten wir sehr genießen.

Ferien im Pinienwald

sonnendurchflutete Wohnung, Praktisch eingerichtet, zu den Zimmern je ein Badezimmer. In der Nähe gute Restaurants. Das Meet ist mit dem Velo in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar.

L'appartamento ha un ottima posizione e una bellissima vista. Si trova vicino alla bellissima spiaggia di Castiglione raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi. Casa ideale per 2 a 4 persone. Silenziose e organizzata bene. I due bagni sono nuovi. Spero di ritornarci quanto prima !

Simao stati molto bene, l’appartamento e`stato perfetto per la nostra famiglia, i due bagni sono nuovissimi e molto puliti, la terrazza con una bella vista sulla pineta e tranquilla. La spiaggia è a pochi minuti a piedi, abbiamo potuto posteggiare la macchina vicino alla casa sul parcheggio condominiale. Giulia è stata sempre molto disponibile e gentilissima. Ottima posizione in zona tranquilla

La casa è parte di un casolare ristrutturato e nel complesso ben tenuto. Gli spazi sono ampi. Migliorabile la dotazione della cucina, piuttosto vecchia così come il mobilio. L'appartamento ha una bella Terrazza aperta sulla campagna maremmana dove si può cenare. Il mare è poco distante, oltre la bella pineta costiera, e raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.

Gute Wohnung in tollem Badeort

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und für Badeurlauber ausreichend gut ausgestattet. Durch den großen Balkon kann man aber auch gut die Zeit dort verbringen. Bei einem Problem mit dem Strom wurde uns schnell geholfen. Die Lage im Pinienwald ist sehr schön.
