Marina Bay is a prestigious apartment complex which has 2 lovely pools and is directly overlooking and with direct access to the child friendly Cristo Beach. The 40m2 South West facing terrace overlooking the beach benefits from lots of sun and provides breathtaking views of the sea, Gibraltar and on a clear day North Africa. Just perfect for the sun-worshipper topping up their tan! The apartment is extremely well equipped & has a fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. Air conditioning, sun screens and ceiling fans are fitted to keep you cool even on the hottest days and heating for winter stays is also provided at no extra cost. Secure underground parking is also provided if you hire a car. Estepona Marina with its traditional tapas and cafe bars and restaurants is only a 10 minute walk away and the lovely white walled town is also on the doorstep. All this makes a truly wonderful apartment in a stunning location!

Estepona
This is one of the nicest places I’ve had for short term rentals. The location is great, just far enough out to be quiet, but close to many things. Two grocery stores 0.2 miles away, many restaurants 0.6 miles away (try El Cazador and La Escollera). The old town starts about 0.7 miles away with the core of the old town being 1.2 miles away. Everything is very walkable. The unit is very well equipped, washer, dishwasher, oven, glass stovetop, micro that does broiling also, full size fridge and freezer. It has a full set of dishes and glasses and all of the utensils you will need. It’s a two bedroom unit with two full baths. There were only two of us, so we each had our own bathroom. It appears to be newly remodeled so everything is very nice, and the patio is great (you can see Gibraltar from the patio). Communication was easy, and an English speaking person met us to let us in and show us around the unit.

A Relaxing Beach Getaway
The flat was outstanding and the view from the huge terrace can't be beaten! Weather (which the host has no control over) was fantastic and the beaches were great for us (a family with two littles under 6), but there was a wide mix of people there as there is plenty of room, beach is really big (Christo). You are nearby to some great chiringuitos, grocery stores, atms, and anything else you would need. We didn't get a car for Estepona, only got one to venture out. Host was prompt, responsive, professional, organized - all around awesome! We can't wait for our next Andalusia trip!

Great stay
We had a great stay in Estepona, the accommodation was all it said it was. Great location within easy walking distance to the boardwalk and even closer to the harbour/port. The beach out front is easy to get to and very nice with fine sand and a protected swimming area. Andy was great at communicating throughout the booking process and made sure we were well set up for our arrival and stay. I would definitely recommend this property if you wish to stay in Stepona.

We have been holidaying in Estepona since 1992 and in 2009 we were lucky enough to be able to leave Manchester and spend more time in Spain. We have been letting guests stay in our apartments for over 20 years and like to think that we now know how to make our guests holidays a special experience; from the simple booking process, to providing detailed directions to the apartment, to the standard of the 'finish' of the apartments and the quality of the complementary welcome pack that we provide. It sounds easy but getting the little details just right is often the making of a stress free holiday.

Why they chose this property

This apartment is ideally situated a short walk from both the Marina (250m) and the lovely Cristo Beach (50m). It is furnished in a modern but still comfortable style and is equipped to a high standard. With air-conditioning (and winter heating), two pools and a stunning, spacious terrace with sea views, you would struggle to find a better place to stay in Estepona.

What makes this property unique

This apartment was previously owned by friends of ours and after waiting seven years having 'first refusal' on the apartment if it was ever for sale we were lucky enough to be able to purchase it in 2010. We hope that once you see the apartment, the location and the huge terrace that you will agree it was worth our wait! The 40m2 terrace with this apartment is unlike any other we have seen and we have made sure that our guests can enjoy it fully by adding a glass wall so the sea views are uninterrupted, loungers for taking in the sun, a patio set perfect for al-fresco dining and subtle lighting so you can stay out there even after the sun has set.
