Nuestra finca con atención al detalle propone un ambiente de cuento de hadas. Ubicado en el espléndido entorno del alto Monferrato (PATRIMONIO DE LA UNESCO) y dentro del Parque Natural Capanne di Marcarolo, cerca del espléndido lago Lavagnina. IL Cascinale se compone de dos apartamentos "FATE" con capacidad para 4 personas y "SUPERIORE" con capacidad para 6. Para un total de 10 personas. Puede alquilar toda la propiedad y tener uso exclusivo de todos los espacios, incluida la piscina o solo uno de los dos apartamentos.
El alojamiento "FATE" es muy romántico y presta atención a los detalles de mobiliario y consta de una cocina y sala de estar con un sofá cama individual, así como todo el equipo necesario para la cocina, incluida la lavadora. Una habitación doble con cuna para niños más pequeños y encima de la habitación un entrepiso de madera grande y encantador con dos camas individuales. Un baño con toda la ropa de cama, jabones y perfumes necesarios. A disposición del alojamiento hay una piscina, una terraza solárium y un jardín con barbacoa.
Alojamiento confortable con detalles de muebles refinados equipados con todas las comodidades, ropa de cama, calefacción independiente, baño privado, secador de pelo, lavadora, TV, wi-fi, cocina equipada con nevera, estufa de gas ... cunas bajo petición.

Amazing place!!

Best place ever....Alessia was so very welcoming and shared a bottle of homemade wine with us upon arrival. We stayed in the smaller unit which was simply amazing. Plenty of room for 5, big eat in kitchen, porch, pool and a great location. Alessia was very attentive and helpful. She took the time to show us where to hike as well as where to horseback ride. It's everything you want for a relaxing holiday. We'd love to go back again.

Loved it

We have just stayed 10 days at this wonderful place and we loved it. Fairy was perfect for us (two adults and two children). The house was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Outside was a nice terrace where we spend many hours just relaxing (and enjoying the local wine) Our kids (6 & 9) loved the animals especially the dog Joma. They visited the different animals several times a day. The pool was also a big hit with them. Thank you Alessia for being such a wonderful person. You made our trip very special. Thank you for inviting us into your house, bringing us on a very memorable trip to the ocean and for all your help with restaurants, helping us find places etc. You and your family are very nice people it was very nice getting to know you. If you are looking for a quiet place far away from tourists, with nice views, piece and quiet, animals etc this is the place.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit liebevoller Einrichtung. Alessia ist sehr bemüht, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt! Sehr freundliche und sympathische Familie. Auf dem Gelände gibt es Hühner (für frische Frühstückseier), Ziegen und ein Schaf. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und wird täglich von einem Reinigungsroboter gesäubert! Wirklich alles top! Danke Alessia für die schöne Zeit bei Euch!

mooie oude boerderij, met leuk ingerichte appartementen

De appartementen zijn erg mooi, en staan los van het woonhuis van de eigenaar. Alessia is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en het is heerlijk om bij haar te eten. Ook de wijnen en andere producten kan je bij haar kopen. Het zwembad ligt iets verhoogd, en is schitterend. Ook de ligging bij Ovada is centraal, zowel de kust als leuke plaatsen als Aqui Therme zijn goed te bereiken. Ons hondje heeft het ook heerlijk gehad bij dit vriendelijke gezin, heerlijk prive terras en mooi grasveld om het zwembad. Zeker een aanrader, en voor herhaling vatbaar. brilliant accomodation

We stayed with 5 persons at that nice cotttage and the cottage is located between the hills only a few minutes away from Lerma. Alessia the owner is a very helpful person and prepares a wonderful breakfast if you have ordered it. The pool is just upon the hill and there it's very calm and you can relax without beeing disturbed by noise. We had a gread stay and it's worth to spend some days in that area.

Liefdevol gerenoveerd en ingericht

Met 2 volwassenen in woning Fairy (voor 4-5 pers) van onze vakantie genoten, heerlijk! Naastliggende huis was grotendeels vrij, zodat we het terras en zwembad voor onszelf hadden. Hele aardige behulpzame gastvrouw, en mooie (wandel)omgeving!

Very friendly owners!

We stayed 3 nights in the apartment which was very comfortable and clean. We feeled very welcome by Alessia, Andrea and their son Mattia. The meals Alessia prepared for us were really fantastic! She is a very good cook! We sure can recommand this place to other guests.

Idyllic rural accommodation, friendly and helpful hosts

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in this beautiful property. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for our fantastic hosts. It's in a lovely rural location and very peaceful but closeby to play park, grocery shop and restaurants in the nearby town Lerma. We enjoyed day trips to Acqui Terme, Genoa, the lakes, Alessandria and enjoyed the mix of different scenery etc. Lots of space outdoors for the kids (aged 3 and 18 months) to run off energy. Would definitely recommend it to others wanting to get a flavour of Italy.

Une chambre d’hôtes somptueuse refaite avec beaucoup de goût dans un ancien corps de ferme. Piscine très agréable. Vue superbe, calme ... Et Alessia la propriétaire est adorable. On a eu droit à une bouteille du vin de leur production en cadeau de bienvenue. A recommander les yeux fermés...

Beautiful cottage in tranquil surroundings with a fantastic pool.

We had a brilliant six nights at this cottage. The cottage is beautiful and decorated to a high standard and has everything you need. Alessia and her family are lovely and incredibly hospitable. Lerma is a lovely village and has a handful of restaurants one of which serves excellent pizza at a very reasonable price. The cottage is up out in the countryside so you do need a car. However, Ovada is short drive away and is a pretty town with supermarkets and other shops. There is a fab café there which serves very tasty gelato! Also you are in driving distance of Genoa and other beautiful towns on the coast. We had camped for a week in France so for us this stay was more about relaxation and we definitely managed that in such peaceful surroundings, all you can hear at night is the chirping of insects. Alessia did suggest various towns to visit and also suggested walks in the countryside, she is so lovely and incredibly helpful. Alessia and her family produce wine and other products which are all very tasty and definitely worth purchasing. The pool area is up the hill a short walk away from the cottage and is very clean and a decent size. Our children are 7 and 9, they loved the pool and the variety of animals at the farm. Overall we had a fantastic 6 nights and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this beautiful cottage. I would like to wish Alessia and her family all the best for the future.

Superbe semaine!

Accompagnés de nos 3 enfants de 7,5 et 4 ans, nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la ferme d'Alessia et son mari. Un accueil hors du commun avec une hôtesse toujours disponible et souriante, une ferme pleine de charme, isolée et au calme, avec des animaux qui ravissaient chaque matin nos enfants et une piscine au top, une région superbe pas envahie de touristes avec plein de belles choses à voir... Berf nous avons été conquis! Encore merci de votre accueil Alessia, pour sûr nous nous reverrons!

Fantastic location with very friendly owners

The apartment is large and comfortable for 4 persons. Outside option to sit in the sun or in the shadows. Swimming pool just up the hill, but nice small rivers for swimming in the area are there as well. Genoa and the coast is easy accessible by car via the highway. The small town Lerma is very quiet, but has everything you need (small groceries, coffee, restaurants). Big supermarket is located at highway ramp. The owners are very friendly and willing to help/guide around. They also produce very tasteful white light sparkling wine. The animals below the apartment finish it and make it extra special for children.

Simply the Best

We stayed in a charming and delightful cottage beautifully decorated by the very talented Alessia. The "Fairy' home was perfect for my husband, 10 yr old daughter and myself. We spent endless relaxing days by the pool and in the evenings had sundowners on our terrace in peaceful and tranquil surroundings. My daughter, Carmen, loved the animals on the farm especially Joma and Minolo, Alessia was the perfect host recommending many places of interest and taking us to a beautiful nature park where we swam in the cool mountain water. We went to the fascinating market in Ovada which is also must. Gavi is beautiful and a lovely drive. Our most memorable day was when we went to Camoglio with Alessia, Andrea and Matti. My daughter made friends with the local children in Lerma's play park much to her delight. There is also a fabulous communal pool and cafe for those necessary icecreams! We spent 2 glorious weeks at Cascina Burroni and had a fantastic time, I will definately be back, thank you Alessia to you and your lovely family. Maria di Blasio - Taylor

Heaven in the hills

My best friend and I made an effort to see the more authentic, less tourist laden areas of Italy and this property was perfect for this. It is very much off the beaten path. The property has been in the family for generations and we had the chance to sample some of the homemade items that they produce from the land. They produce wines and preserves and any number of other seasonal items. It is well worth paying for breakfast, what we had was perfect & satisfying (homemade jam, brioches, bread, cappuccino, juice, soft cheese, prosciutto). The cottage looks newly renovated and was lovely inside. The hosts are very accommodating and were such lovely people (and very patient while I struggled with the language!). You will not have much service in the hills past Ovada, so make sure you have a good meeting place arranged ahead of time. It is a really lovely retreat and I would absolutely visit again.

Italy it it's very best.

We had been to Italy a few times prior to this visit, but that was to busy tourist areas where one does not get a taste of real Italy as such. This visit was very different. A family run farm on the outskirts in the hills of Lerma, only half an hour's drive north of Genoa, or 2 hrs from Milano Bergamo airport. The farm is more than 300 years old, passed down through generations and buildings are of the period. The main farmhouse is the family abode and there are 2 separate cottages for guests. Our immediate impression was truly sensational. The look of the place was as authentic as it gets. It looks like a postcard photo. When one enters the cottage there are fresh flowers, a welcome bottle of wine in a sparkling clean and fresh smelling room decorated beautifully as only a person who is an attentive artist would know how. A lot of hard work and attention to detail has been put into this venture. The cottages have everything one needs, and being self-catering it is an advantage that there is a large superstore called Bennet at the Ovada traffic circle just off of the Autostrada. It is also possible to arrange meals with Alessia, who runs the guesthouse business. Meals are served in an old stone walled cellar, something quite extraordinary and very special indeed. Alessia makes and bottles her own wine of a superior quality and vintage, and also makes all sorts of jams, Grappa, Hazelnut and honey mixes, as well as different honeys - some she makes herself, others are from other producers in the Lerma area, but wow, what super produce. Next time we visit we may bring our own car and buy a load of great things to take back. As far as activities on the farm, there is a lovely swimming pool at the top of the hill that is being finished in may (2016). It is possible to arrange some horse riding for children, and there is a small collection of farm animals that the kids can play with, and which were a huge hit with our 3 and 7 yr old kids. The place is very safe and quiet to let your kids run about and explore - this made it a very relaxing stay for us. There are a lot of amazing walks and trails one can hike on and many interesting and fascinating towns one can visit, all within a half hours drive from the farm. There is also a huge fashion discount outlet called Serravalle Scrivia Outlet, that sells most of the top trendy fashion of Italy at good prices. This guesthouse and the friendliness of Alessia and her family means we will be back often.
