A great location with a direct view on the lake, very quiet. Spacious apartment with everything you need, very clean. The little town is within easy walking distance. Andrea is a very warm host who takes care of everything and gives lots of tips. It was an all-around pleasure!

A wonderful place in beautiful Bardolino

We stayed at Andrea's place 17 days. He is very responsive and helpful. The location of this property is great , close to the beach and town but enough distance to be very quiet. Very close to supermarkets and a convenient parking . Left with great memories

Property was everything that was advertised clean spacious modern with all the accoutrements needed for everyday living. The distance from the town centre was not too much of a problem even for someone of my age (80) yrs. Could have done with a couple of english novels.

Appartement near Bardolino.

The appartement lays near Bardolino, and is ideal for 4 adults. Andrea( host) is very friendly and is always available when there are questions. The airco is very usefull because it will be very hot sometimes. We will go probably next year again to this appartement.

Unser Aufenthalt war durchgehend positiv. Die Wohnung ist sauber, der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See und die Stadt sehr gut. Mit unseren Bikes waren wir schnell in Bardolino, Lazise oder Garda. Von der Landstraße zur Wohnung hoch sind es ca. 600 m. Unser Gastgeber Andrea hat einen tollen Job gemacht mit kleinen Geschenken zur Begrüßung und zum Abschied. Außerdem war Andrea immer gut zu erreichen, um Insiderinformationen zu geben wie z. B. ein sehr gut gelegenes Parkhaus in Bergamo (citta alta, sehenswert). Unser Auto konnten wir direkt auf das kleine Grundstück stellen, direkt vor den Eingang. Ich dachte mir, das stört doch total......Hat aber keinen gejuckt, die Hausgemeinscheft ist sehr freundlich und locker. Also, von uns eine 10 von 10.

Super Blick auf den See vom Balkon

Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Super netter Vermieter und tolle Lage. Großer Balkon mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf den See. Die Wohnung liegt zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten vom See entfernt. Kann man gut laufen, aber der Rückweg kann etwas anstrengend werden, da bergauf.

Wir möchten sehr gerne wiederkommen !

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Andrea und seiner Familie empfangen. Die Ferienwohnungbesichtigung mit eigenem Autoparkplatz und Erklärung der Details fand durch Andrea's Tochter Gorgia auf Deutsch statt, somit konnten alle Fragen unkompliziert geklärt werden. Die gesamte Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, kein Wunsch blieb offen. Der Blick am Morgen vom Balkon auf Bardolino und den Gardasee war unbeschreiblich schön. Da das Haus etwa 15 Minuten Fussweg vom Zentrum in Bordolino entfernt auf der Anhöhe liegt, war es ein sehr ruhiger und entspannter Aufenthalt für uns. Wie gesagt : wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen und diesen tollen Urlaub im September 2023 nochmals erleben. Vielen Dank für diese super Gastfreundschaft lieber Andrea.

Eine sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Wohnung

Wir waren eine Woche in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Es gibt im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Da wir leider eine sehr hochsommerliche Woche mit Temperaturen um 36-38 Grad erwischt haben, hat uns diese die Temperaturen etwas erleichtert. Es war allerdings auch eine Ausnahmewoche, was das Wetter anging. Normalerweise sind eine Temperaturen auch dort moderater. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Waschmittel war vorhanden. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den See ist grandios. Ein überdachter Parkplatz wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Innenstadt ist in ca 15 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, abends im dunklen allerdings an einer Ausfallstraße entlang, daher haben wir doch oft abends auch das Auto genommen. In der Innenstadt gibt es großräumige Parkplätze, auf denen wir immer eine Parkmöglichkeit (gegen Gebühr) gefunden haben. Der Vermieter hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war auch immer erreichbar.

Einfach herrlich!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Andrea und seiner Tochter Guilia sehr genossen. Die Begrüßung war äußerst herzlich und uns wurde alles genau erklärt. Obendrein gab es ein Willkommensgeschenk, was uns sehr überrascht und gefreut hat. Die Wohnung liegt zum Glück nicht mitten im Trudel, so dass man abends auf dem Balkon tatsächlich entspannen kann und seine Ruhe hat. Der Blick ist fantastisch und der Weg ins Zentrum von Bardolino ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es gibt zwei Balkons und sogar eine Klimaanlage. Für das Auto gibt es einen privaten Stellplatz und auch die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Zwischendurch hat uns Andrea Tipps zu unserem geplanten Venedig-Besuch geschickt und sich nach unserem wohl erkundigt - dies alles sehr freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Ein wirklich tolles Fleckchen Erde mit sehr lieben Gastgebern! Habt vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wohlfühlurlaub mit Erholungswert

Freundlicher Empfang von Andrea und seiner Tochter.Zur Begrüßung gab es Wein und Kuchen. Die Wohnung können wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Alles war super sauber. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die beiden Balkone mit grandioser Sicht auf den Gardasee - einfach toll. Ruhig, etwas oberhalb von der Stadt gelegen. Dennoch ist das Zentrum von Bardolino zu Fuß in 15 Min. zu erreichen. Danke an Andrea und seine Familie für den guten Kontakt und die gute Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Superbe Appartement à Bardelino - Lac de Garde

Nous avons eu la chance de loger une petite semaine dans cet bel appartement: spacieux, propre, calme, avec un grand balcon avec superbe vue sur le lac. On peut aller en ville et au lac à pied (comptez 15-20 minutes), où il y a plein de boutiques et restaurants, et où on peut faire une belle balade au long du lac. Propriétaire adorable, qui fait tout son possible pour vous rendre le séjour agréable. Bravo! We had the chance to stay for a little week in this beautiful apartment: spacious, clean, quiet, with a large balcony with a superb view of the lake. You can walk to town and the lake (needs about 15-20 minutes), where there are plenty of shops and restaurants, and where you can take a nice walk along the lake. Adorable owner, who does whatever he can to make your stay pleasant. Bravo!

Bellissimo appartamento🇮🇹👌

In unserer Urlaubswoche in Bardolino wurden wir von der Tochter des Vermieters freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war super sauber. Wir fanden alles wie beschrieben vor. Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was man braucht top ausgestattet. Die Aussicht war grandios, die Wohnung ist ruhig in einer Sackgasse, jedoch trotzdem zentrumsnah gelegen. Eine liebevolle Begrüßung fanden wir auch in Form von Kuchen und Wein vor. Während der gesamten Woche war der Vermieter Andrea freundlich kümmernd für uns erreichbar. Wir können diese Wohnung und auch den Vermieter zu 100% empfehlen und kommen sicherlich gern wieder.

Bella Vista in Bardolino

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Bardolino und den gesamte südlichen Gardasee. Der Vermieter Andrea war stets sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert, grazie! Die Wohnung hat sogar zwei Balkone, einen großen an Wohnzimmer/Küche und einen etwas kleineren am Kinderzimmer. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich, die Küche hat sogar einen Gefrierschrank und es ist auch ein hochwertiger Fön vorhanden. Man findet auch Adapter, da manche Geräte nicht in die schmalen italienischen Steckdosen passen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Gute Lage und sehr ruhig - weitab vom Touri-Trubel

Andrea hat uns persönlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Dazu gab's Kuchen und eine Flasche sehr leckeren Rotwein. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, wobei wir die meiste Zeit auf dem riesigen Balkon mit Panoramablick verbracht haben. Altstadt und Seepromenade sind fussläufig erreichbar - auf's Auto konnten wir weitgehend verzichten. Erwähnenswert ist noch die leistungsfähige Klimaanlage, wenn's draußen an die 40° "warm" ist.
