The Residence is surrounded by greenery. Near the house there are 2 other houses to rent for friends or family, Felix House and Rey House. 100 meters from the sea, a few steps from the center of Baia Sardinia. You can enjoy the wonderful and relaxing panorama from the terrace facing the sea. At about 100 meters there is the equipped beach of Porto Sole with sun beds and umbrellas and bar. Possibility of renting inflatable boats to discover the beauty of the coast.
Distance 5 km from Porto Cervo. IT IS PART OF AN EXCLUSIVE AREA, near the sea. The property consists of a Villa and near a two-family house divided into 3 TYPICAL STAZZU GALLURESI: SUSY, FELIX, REY with entrances and independent gardens.
The residence is located 300 meters from the center of Baia Sardinia, where you can find supermarkets, shops and boutiques of all kinds, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, creperies. Motorbike and bicycle rental available.
Driving directions: From Olbia Airport follow signs for Costa Smeralda junction for San Pantaleo, then follow for Baia Sardinia, before arriving at the center turn left to Tremonti and follow the dirt road to the first villa on the right. Here you will find stazzu Tremonti, Stazzu Felix and Villa Tremonti and you have arrived. About 28 km.
The Villa Tremonti (about 250 square meters) has a double living room about 60 square meters, double kitchen with living room equipped with dishwasher oven 2 refrigerators and freezer, completely renovated. Outside 3 patios and terraces and on the back large barbecue and table for 12 people. From the patio and the terraces you can see the sea and you can reach it on foot at 150 meters. Very comfortable large spacious.

The house is in a famous property Located in a green area with a garden with a breathtaking view- the classic Mediterranean Macchia. Beautiful climate and favorable for bathing in the months of April May June September. October. Ideal for families, but also for young people who want to have fun in the bars and disco of Costa Smeralda.
At 100 meters from the Villette are the shopping centers stocked with restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops of all kinds.

STAZZU FELIX
BEAUTIFUL QUADRILOCALE HOUSE: 2 BEDROOMS 2 BATHROOMS- 100 meters from the sea and from the beach equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. Near the center of Baja Sardinia, shops supermarkets and all kinds of activities: Sub, Vela Kajac etc.
Located in a green area with outdoor terrace and sea view.
The house has a terrace separated from other houses.

Ok but did not meet expectations based on previous reviews

The pictures look better than the property. There's a dirt road that leads you there. The dissapointment was the quality of the bed on the master bedroom. The mattress was so thin and old it was unbareable to sleep there. The sheets, towels are old and some have stains on them. The furniture is runned down, and the kitchen was missing a blender which I needed in order to make baby food. Pots dont have lids, etc. The proximity to downtown as advertised is not accurate. You actually have to walk a long way back the dirt road to get to the main road and then that leads you to the stores. The walk is definitely not kid friendly. The pleasant surprise was the fact that the property comes with netflix so we were able to put some movies for the kids after a long day out.

Superschöne Ferien im Stazzu Susy

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn, Schwiegertochter und 10 Monate altem Enkelkind für 2 Wochen im Stazzu Susy und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Schon vor dem Urlaub war der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Mariadele Azzini sehr zuvorkommend. Für das Baby wurde alles bereit gestellt, sogar Spielsachen für den Strand. Der war zu Fuß in keinen 5 Minuten zu erreichen und malerisch schön. Vom Haus aus hat man eine tolle Sicht auf die Bucht und die Berge. Die Ausstattung im Haus ließ nichts vermissen. Ebenso die Ausstattung der beiden Terrassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wohl nochmal dort Urlaub machen. Als konstruktive Kritik wäre höchsten anzumerken, dass es wünschenswert wäre an den Schlaf- und Badezimmerfenstern Fliegengitter zu haben. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Man kann zu Fuß zum Einkaufen oder auch in den sehr schönen und malerischen Ort Baja Sardinia laufen. Alles im Allem war es ein toller Urlaub - wir kommen gerne einmal wieder. Super endroit très bien situé

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à STAZZU SUSY. La location est très bien placée à deux pas d'une jolie petite plage et offre une superbe vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. La maisonnette est charmante et authentique (vieille pierre pour garder la fraîcheur, bois etc... et le jardin à proximité est très bien entretenu). Mariadele la propriétaire et son mari nous ont bien accueillis et ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

Superbe location très bien située

Nous avons passé une semaine dans une maisonnette de charme (pierre de taille, boiseries etc) offrant une vue splendide sur la mer et la baie. La construction permet de garder l'intérieur frais. Le jardin environnant est très bien entretenu. A proximité immédiate, il y avait une belle petite plage très agréable et protégée, ce qui fut très pratique avec deux enfants en bas âge. Les propriétaires Mariadele et son mari sont des personnes très accueillantes et qui ont le sens de l'hospitalité. Mariadele était toujours disponible pour nous aider, nous conseiller et être à l'écoute de nos besoins. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit !

Wonderful house & place and even better host!

Mariadele's house (we stayed in 1 cottage but there are 3) is truly lovely and the whole experience of being here surpassed our expectations. She was very easy and efficient to deal with and extremely kind and helpful when making arrangements. (Unlike many italian rental properties Mariadele provided bed linens and towels and did not charge an exorbitant cleaning charge which is a cultural difference I was glad not to put up with!) The cottage is very well laid out, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and has a well equipped kitchen so that you can really cook if you want to. The location is superb with a nice (if crowded - it was August) beach within a couple of minutes walk and then other tiny little beaches all within 10-15 minutes walk through the lanes. The beaches do not disappoint and we were thrilled to find these quiet gems which do not become packed. In addition another huge benefit was that this is not part of a 'housing/holiday estate' which are prevalent around this part of Sardinia. But the greatest attribute is Mariadele and her family who were welcoming, friendly and a have a wealth of contacts and information for the area. She really made the difference for us. Nearby the little town of Baia Sardinia is attactive and pleasant if a bit contrived (personal taste!) but has all the bars, restaurants and a fabulous gelataria! There is something for everyone and teens/young adults would certainly have fun in the evening here as would others - it looked lively but not rowdy. The local supermarket, grocery store and bakery are excellent and very close by. We had a superb dinner out at a local country restaurant - very sophisticated and stylish - not rustic!

A beautiful house on a beautiful place

We had a lovely holiday at stazzu Susy in Baja Sardinia. It is a beautiful house in three minutes walk from a beautiful beach. The house is fully furnished and haa a good WiFi. You can walk to Baja Sardinia in fifteen minutes and to the supermarket in ten minutes. We can really recommend this house which we definitely will book again.

Stazzu Susy

We are pleased to visit Stazzu Susy after 2015 again in 2016. A warm welcome was received and everything was as expected (see description from last year). As well we have received during our stay high attention to all our needs and wishes were introduced as soon as possible. We spent a relaxing and wonderful time in the silent nature of Tre Monti. During end of May we have had the beaches more or less by our own. We are looking forward to come back once again. Mariadele und Gianfranco waren – ob aus der Ferne oder direkt vor Ort – zwei hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeber. Die gesamte Abwicklung verlief völlig problemlos. Gerne wieder.

STAZZU SUSY

Wir bewohnten im Juni 2015 zu viert (zwei Paare) das großzügige Appartement Susy. Die Ausstattung war perfekt (Waschmaschine/Geschirrspüler/Gas Grill etc.). Die Lage traumhaft zum Entspannen, keine fünf Minuten zum Strand. Schon morgens beim Frühstück auf der großen, überdachten Terrasse bot uns ein herrlicher Blick über Natur bis hin zu der kleinen Badebucht. Besonders aber genossen wir die ruhigen Abende mit Barbecue. Herzlichen Dank an Mariadele und Ihrem Mann, die uns wertvolle Tipps zum Essen und für unsere Ausflüge gegeben haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bella Stazzu Susy

We are a family from Germany which spent 2 wonderful weeks with our children 16 & 18 years old. Stazzu Susy is included in a quite and wide private area. From one of the the huge terrasse (2) you can have a very nice view to the bay with the beach Porto Sole and the mountains. The distance to the beach is very near (appr. 200m). As well you have the opportunity to reach by walk additional very nice beaches. The kitchen is brandnew. We have received a very nice & warm welcome from the family and we got always very friendly attention and support from "Said" the house caretaker - thank you so much Mariadele for always given useful and quick information by email and telephone in english. We can recommend Stazzu Suzy and Baja Sardinia very much and we hope to get the opportunity to come once again. Sandra & Markus, Alexander and Franziska.

Relaxing in Baja

We spent a wonderfurl time in Mary's Stazzu Tremonti! Everything is clean and tastefully arranged. You will find there everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The beaches are very close, and also the supermarket, a bar, shops,... We will thank Mary for her useful tips and her warm character. We will come back again!
