Close to the house (150 m away) is Megali Ammos beach where you can enjoy there the swimming and the sunbathing. Finally, you are within a walking distance (7 minutes) from Skiathos Town.
The house has two floors connected by stairs. The first floor includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second floor includes a spacious living room which offers the most enviable sea view, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a loft with a double bed. In addition there is a balcony where you can dine and relax while viewing the panoramic sea and the breathtaking sunset.
