Stately residence in the center, with garden

In the historic center of Vasto, a large residence of the '700, on two floors. On the ground floor large living room with direct access to the garden. On the first floor, 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with private bathroom and finely furnished, laundry and kitchen with direct access to the terrace and access to the garden below. All rooms have a private balcony or balcony in communication with the terrace. On request, a cot and a high chair are available.

Great location in beautiful historic house

2 families with 4 children easily fitted into this beautiful house. Salvatore and Aurora were very helpful in showing us the house and being on call if needed. Bedrooms large and spacious with A/c. All local attractions within easy walking distance. Sea is a 30 min walk or 5 min drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and wanted to stay longer. Highly recommended.

The villa in Vasto was amazing!

My wife and I planned a trip to Italy with all of my siblings, nine people altogether. Our goal was to walk in our grandfather’s hometown of Guardiagrele. Vasto was the perfect location. The villa was an amazing place to come home to at the end of the day. Plenty of room for everyone. We were greeted by Salvatore, the owner along with their friend, Michela. Both were very helpful and friendly. The villa was spotless. Their kindness extended to making reservations at local restaurants, a quick tour of the neighborhood and even a book to take home about Guardiagrele! We would stay here again in a minute! Thank you, Salvatore, Aurora, and Michela!

Family vacation in Vasto

We had 11 family members stay at this property (3 families) for 6 nights. It worked out perfectly, each bedroom had it's own bath and there was plenty of space to get some alone time between the upstairs, downstairs, garden and patios. The washer came in handy to as our trip was for 11 days,. The location is perfect - right in the center of VASTO. Easy to walk everywhere. We were concerned with parking 2 vehicles, but we really did not have any parking issues. Many times we were able to park right in front of the house. The history of the house is unbelievable. Built in the 7th century and in the owner's family since the 1700's. The relics retrieved are amazing and nicely displayed. Everything in the home was perfect. Some family members even made an Italian dinner one night in the kitchen and all utensils were provided. Salvatore was amazing too, responded quickly to our need to have air conditioning and hot water turned back on due to a high wind storm. The home was the perfect spot for our time spent in VASTO. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to other!
