Rentoutumisen määränpääsi! 2000 sft kotiin puolella hehtaarin erä melko osa-alueella, joka sijaitsee 5 minuutin päässä kaikista viehätyksistä Franklinin keskustassa ja 25 minuutin päässä kaikesta jännityksestä Nashvillen sydämessä. Täysin aidattu takapiha, jossa suuri uima-allas; lepotuoleja ja uima-allaspyyhkeitä. Palo-kuoppaan varustettu patio 6 henkilölle. Polttopuut mukana.

Huomaa, että vähintään 4 yön vaaditaan, jos oleskelusi sisältää perjantai- tai lauantaiyön.

Second time around

This property is an ideal rental for family vacations. This is our 2nd time staying here when visiting the Franklin area. It is very clean and has all the amenities you could need. The pool is fantastic and we also love the cozy screened in patio for morning coffee. This is definitely the rental we would choose every time our family travels to the Franklin/Nashville area.

Great Stay, Great Host!

We had a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the pool and the enclosed porch. It was really comfortable and relaxing. The lower level of the house was espicially comfortable/cool making for some solid sleeping. We also used the grill. We noticed it was low on gas but no worries, an extra bottle was available on-site should we have needed it. The Kitchen was very recnetly updated and is nice and functional. Highly recommended!

Perfection in Franklin!

My young boys and I stayed here for the week to visit my brother and his family who recently relocated to Franklin. The house was perfect! Modern amenities, close to everything, communicative owner- it was the perfect stay! We’ll be back next summer!

Stunning property

House was immaculate and the backyard is spectacular - great pool, basketball hoop, fire pit, lots of outdoor spaces to relax. Pristine house - clean, comfortable, really enjoyed our stay. Property manager was extremely responsive. Great relaxing retreat for our family with two generations. Thanks for a great stay!

Gorgeous inside and out

House was beautiful, had everything you need for a week's stay. Host was amazingly helpful. Property was well maintained and very, very clean. We would definitely go back again and again! The downtown area of Franklin is adorable. You can walk around and shop and eat. Also, the house is conveniently located just outside of Nashville for day trips in and out. A perfect place to visit! Best VRBO yet

The title says it all, this is the best Vrbo I have stayed in yet. It starts with the property owner sending text messages for communication instead of email, which was huge for me adding the personal touch. Walking in for check in, the cleanliness of the house was apparent. Everything was organized and labeled, making navigating and using the house easy. The temperature was perfect walking in, no limits on the thermostat like other houses I have rented (vital when the temps soared over 100F). The highlight of the stay was the pool, which was clean and well maintained. This owners of this house have thought of everything and seem to really care that people enjoy the stay. This will definitely be on our list to return.

Perfect for our Bachelorette weekend!

I booked this house for a Bachelorette weekend for my best friend, as we really wanted a house with a pool and it was close enough to Nashville where we went for dinner and dancing Friday night. More than once, people in our group said they wished they could live in the house and we were already talking about coming back for a couples' weekend in the future. The owner was incredibly helpful from inquiries about the property, throughout the booking process, providing recommendations for activities/restaurants, and promptly answering her phone when we couldn't figure out the door lock (it was user error on our end!). She also communicated with us via text during our stay when I had questions and even refunded our extra guest fee when one of our party couldn't make the trip. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, yet convenient to the grocery store and downtown Franklin. The house itself was PERFECT! The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils/cups/towels/etc, and the living spaces were perfect for our group of six women. The outdoor spaces were so inviting, the yard is HUGE, and the pool temperature was just right. We had lots of fun with the flamingo float and diving board. One day of our trip was spent in the pool and hanging out at the house, and we hated it when we had to leave on Sunday morning. We had brunch at 55 South in downtown Franklin at the owner's recommendation and loved it as well. We also got cupcakes from Ivey Cake which were delicious. My whole group was also commenting on how incredibly charming downtown Franklin is. I can't say enough good things about this property or the owner. We can't wait to go back!

Overwhelmed and Amazed! A Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I joined two other couples for a perfect weekend getaway to Franklin Tennessee! This home made our experience even more perfect! The homeowner was fabulous to work with from the time we reserved her home. She was very quick to respond and extremely helpful! Her home is spotless! Adorably decorated to make you feel comfortable and at home. She has went above and beyond to provide everything you could possibly need. The Beds!! Oh My! The best two nights sleep any of us have had in years! The linens are fine quality and add to your comfort! The house is just adorable! The back deck and lower patio leading to the beautiful private pool only add to this home's appeal. There are two swings and plenty of lounge chairs provided, along with a charcoal grill. The homeowner graciously provides the charcoal for your use. The men in our group especially enjoyed shooting a few hoops on the basketball goal while grilling out. The six of us that stayed in this house this weekend were in complete agreement that this homeowner did an exceptional job providing an excellent experience for her guests! We actually had plans to spend some time in Nashville but we found so much to do right there in Franklin and we were just happy hanging out at the house! We never made it to Nashville and we don't feel like we missed a thing! Our weekend was perfect! My husband and I personally use Home Away several times a year and have always been pleased but we have never stayed in a home that the owner went to such lengths to please the guests! We will definitely recommend this home to family and friends! We plan to return ourselves later this year! Thank you for an incredible weekend to this homeowner!!! It was awesome!

Paradise in Franklin

This is a must stay. We visit this space of paradise in the Summer every year. So convenient when seeing our friends in Nashville. You cannot beat the location. Every year there are new renovations on the house. The screen porch is heaven.

Beautiful property!

The house is beautiful and very clean! We loved the pool area and spent the majority of our time in the backyard. It was a great home base for other things we wanted to do in the Franklin/Nashville area too! The whole house is very family friendly. Jill was great and very easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!

Don't wait on this one!

You can't ask for anything more with this house! The backyard alone can serve as your vacation! Our group included 2 adults and 6 kids and there was something for everyone. The pool was the main attraction but we also got so much use from the basketball net. We had plenty of space to set up other backyard games. The upstairs screened in porch is so relaxing and a perfect spot to sit in the morning and enjoy listening to all the birds. We ventured into Nashville on several occasions, which is only a short 20 minute ride away. We also enjoyed exploring downtown Franklin. One of the highlights of the trip was a tour of the Carnton House. I thought the kids would think it was boring but they all ending up loving it! The house is so well maintained and has everything you need for your stay. Jill communicated everything we needed to know. Thank you for making our first trip to Tennessee so enjoyable!
