About this property

Large house between Bordeaux and Bassin d'Arcachon, jacuzzi, heated pool.

House located in Pessac in Gironde between Bordeaux, the Arcachon basin and the vineyards of Pessac Léognan, Médoc and Saint Emillion.

On the ground floor you will find the open kitchen on a large living room of 70m². The bay windows open completely onto a salt-heated heated pool and a jacuzzi surrounded by a wooden deck.

The main bedroom is on the ground floor. It has a private bathroom equipped with a double vanity unit as well as a shower and a dressing room.

On the floor, you will find 4 spacious rooms (+ 14m ²) equipped with cupboard of which two give on a terrace. One bedroom with its private bathroom, another with direct access to the bathroom shared by the remaining 3 bedrooms.

Outside, you will find another bedroom equipped with a bathroom and toilet and a kitchenette.

Our garden of 1000m ² has no vis-vis.

You can enjoy our plancha and all our equipment for a perfect holiday.

A nice place for nice holidays

We really enjoyed our stay in this great house. It is really nice, has a lot of space and a big nice garden with a lot of privacy and also really quiet, but on the same time really close to shops, supermarket and public transport. Sadly we were expecting blankets and towels but nothing is provided of this stuff. It was correct, because it isn't written. But until this time it was allways provided in other places and with this price I mistakenly automatically expected this "service". This should be mentioned before the arrival, that no one is standing there on saturday evening and don't know what to do. But the only thing we can properly critizise was cleanliness and the briefing when arriving.

Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle, climatisation, piscine, jacuzzi (en maintenance malheureusement pendant notre séjour), Il ne manque rien, cafetière à grains, bouilloire, réfrigérateur américain (qui vous fait même les glaçons); prises antimoustiques; etc. Petite habitation indépendante pour 1 personne si besoin. Tout ça dans un cartier très calme. Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine, avec toute la famille, enfants de 3 à 80 ans 😊... Pour ce qui est des hôtes, très discret, vous pouvez néanmoins les solliciter si besoin, ils seront à votre écoute. Voilà aucun regret, nous y retournerons probablement.
