Great location and great company!

We had an awesome stay here. The location is SO good—you turn the corner and you’re on the beach close to lots of good restaurants. Everything was clean. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment so it didn’t matter much to us as long as we had a place to sleep and cook. However one day when we returned home from the beach the apartment was flooding quite bad. The electricity was out so our food in the fridge went bad. In one of the bedrooms there was flooding that soaked some of my clothing and makeup items. Of course we called the company right away and they handled it very well. They relocated us to one of their best apartments for no extra charge. They were very apologetic and we were all very pleased with how they handled it. Also—it wasn’t their fault! A pipe had burst in the building—it was just our luck. Overall, we had a great stay despite the flooding incident. Very cute apartment in a prime location and I would recommend booking with this rental property company.

And we work hard for it ;-) It was a terrible back luck the broken pipe and what you find, when you returned into the apartment! But fortunaletly, we could handle it quickly a relocated you in another big apartment for you all. Nice to hear you all enjoyed your stay in Gran Canaria! We were very pleased to host you. Bare bones but close to beach

We stayed in July 2023 for two weeks. PROS: Las Canteras is GORGEOUS and this location is super close to the beach. You can walk to literally everything. Tons of restaurants, stores, shops, grab a towel and you are on the spectacular beach. The beach is literally around the corner 1-2 min walk. This apartment has a washer & dryer. We used the washer & drying rack every day no need to overpack. 5 twin beds - we made that work and knew ahead of time. Bathroom was large. The price was very affordable. Check-in was easy. The size was decent enough for our family of 5. Breezes off the ocean kept the place a comfortable temperature most of the time with all windows open. CONS: Everything is run down. The wooden kitchen countertop is rotten and moldy. The couches, rug, curtains, towels, floors are grimy. 5 total drinking glasses of various odd sizes, one of which was broken. The bathroom sink leaked and it’s obvious from the mold in the cabinet this is not a new problem. We left a few messages yet they never sent anyone. We put a pan under the sink. The location is right above two loud bars. Since there is no AC, the windows need to be open and it’s impossible to sleep with the bright building lights & constant bar noise until 3am. Exterior construction early. 3rd “bedroom” doesn’t have a window. 2nd bedroom closet is broken/unusable. Will we pay more next time
