Stunning Award Winning Lakeside Lodge perfect for fishing

Our Award winning Kingfisher lodge has been decorated to a high specification with an English botanical flavour with striking design to connect with nature and the lakeside setting. The lodge has a beautiful view of the lake from the living spaces. This stunning and harmonious lodge interior has been decorated with creativity by an award winning designer. It is fully serviced with weekly clean and linen change. Guests will enjoy sleeping on quality mattresses with Egyptian cotton bedding and cosying up with velvet cushions in front of a fire. You will find a well equipped kitchen to eat in and all you should need to relax, kick back in luxury on a great escape.

Brook Meadow hosts three multi award winning self catering lodges with breath taking views of the lake. Free fishing on the lake is included in your stay.

Guests will enjoy sleeping on quality mattresses with Egyptian cotton bedding and cosying up with velvet cushions. You will find a modern open plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen to eat and relax in during your great escape.

Each kitchen contains a fridge, oven and microwave. The sitting room area has a flat screen TV, DAB radio and free WiFi.

A veranda with seating provides personal outdoor space to enjoy views over the lake.

All lodges have ramp access from the driveway and visitors can park directly outside the front door.

Kingfisher Lodge has 2 bedrooms, (a king and twin room) with storage including hanging space.
The bathroom is fitted with a walk in shower.
You will find the kitchen well equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle , toaster and all the necessary cooking and dining equipment.

Lovely lakeside location

Woodpecker Lodge was the middle one of three lodges situated about 100yds back from the lake. This is a very rural, spacious and quiet site with a good mix of lodges, caravans and camping. The reception was warm and friendly and the rules of the site, given to us on a leaflet when we arrived, were clear but unobtrusive and made good sense. We would certainly return. The Bulls Head in nearby Clipston was a great choice for food too.

Brook Meadow is a family business and run by Mary and Jasper Hart for 30 years. Set in the tranquil Northamptonshire countryside and situated on a working farm, the site is surrounded by 400 acres of grazing and arable land, with 20 acres designated for holidaying and a breath-taking five-acre lake.

Over the past 3 years Mary and Jasper, along with their daughter Claire, have completed an overhaul of Brook Meadow’s accommodation facilities and grounds to offer guests a new and exciting holiday experience. In 2018 we became a multi award winning site receiving recognition in particular for our lodges and glamping. This year we received a prestigious National Award from The Rural Business Awards and are thrilled that our adventure to transform Brook Meadow is generating further excitement, interest and recognitions.
