About this property

The house is nestled in an orchard with direct descent to the beach

Structure recently restored respecting the style of Elban with 5 bedrooms overlooking a large entrance hall and 2 full bathrooms on the first floor. downstairs, a full kitchen with terrace for breakfast, pantry, toilet, large living room with fireplace and large French windows that open onto another large garden terrace overlooking the gulf and beach below. Heating for stays even out of season.
The property under the roadway includes two separate and well-separated living units, which have separate access by road but the shared garden. The garden is fenced in its perimeter and please keep the gates closed both on the road and at sea to avoid intrusion of unwelcome animals.
Since the garden is in common we can not unfortunately accept reservations for families with dogs as a result of not creating problems with any guests in the next house. If it were a particularly quiet animal, we could eventually accept by way of derogation. the two houses can also be rented together. request information.

Elegant house, beautiful location

Astonishing location - basically have a private (albeit stony!) beach. Bus stop is just outside house, so getting around the island is pretty straightforward. Barbara was great, increadibly helpful. Would love to go back!!

Soggiorno piacevole e divertente

La casa ha una posizione ottima. Dalla casa si scende direttamente alla spiaggia "il bagno" piccola spiaggia molto comoda per il bagno alla mattina oppure alla sera. La casa è molto grande, ha il barbecue, la cucina è dotata di tutti gli attrezzi necessari per la preparazione di variati cibi. Tuttavia gli utensili e gli elettrodomestici della cucina sono un po' vecchi. In generale la casa è pulita, però si potrebbe migliorare su questo aspetto. Soggiornare "al tramaglio" è stato piacevole, la proprietaria sempre disponibile e gentile quindi raccomando.

Great place with direct access to the sea - big and beautiful!

A wonderful place to stay! A really big house (5 sleeping rooms with 9 beds in total), a huge living room, a marvelous terrace with a breathtaking view on the sea, and a 1 minute walk through the big garden to a little bay with a stony beach. Antonella is a very friendly landlord, and Elena a very kind housekeeper. We would definitely recommend this place!

La casa sa di vissuto e per questo ha fascino. Speciale la terrazza sul mare dove si sentono le onde la sera e i gabbiani al mattino. Perfetta per serate tra amici a godersi il barbecue. Perfetta per location e posione per girare l isola. Consigliata anche con bambini.
