Cette propriété est idéalement située pour profiter de tout ce que la région a à offrir tout en étant dans une rue calme avec un bon accÚs aux transports en commun, et à seulement 20 minutes de l'extrémité ouest et du centre de Londres

Peckham a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment Ă©lu meilleur endroit pour vivre Ă  Londres par le Sunday Times, et c'est «lĂ  oĂč il est» en ce qui concerne les nouveaux lieux culturels, les restaurants et les bars. Cette zone dynamique est un melting-pot de cultures des bars sur le toit douloureusement branchĂ©s aux bars Ă  ongles et aux salons de coiffure animĂ©s en fin de soirĂ©e, la rĂ©gion a tout pour plaire!

Cette belle maison victorienne a été entiÚrement rénovée à un trÚs haut niveau. Le point central de la maison est sa cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec appareils Siemens, y compris cuisiniÚre à induction électrique, four double avec micro-ondes, plaque chauffante et un grand réfrigérateur américain avec machine à glaçons, et un réfrigérateur à vin séparé.

La salle de rĂ©ception a une cheminĂ©e Ă  effet de charbon de style victorien dans la piĂšce de devant et un poĂȘle Ă  bois dans la piĂšce arriĂšre.

La maison a un sol en noyer partout avec chauffage au sol dans toutes les chambres du rez-de-chaussée et dans les salles de bains. Toutes les chambres ont des radiateurs de chauffage central.

Chacune des trois chambres est magnifiquement aménagée avec des lits de qualité, y compris un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, et la literie en coton égyptien est incluse dans le prix de chacun des lits.

La salle de bain principale dispose d'une baignoire à double extrémité et une belle grande douche en coin. Une autre salle d'eau / toilette de style salle d'eau est disponible au rez-de-chaussée.

Il y a un beau jardin Ă  l'arriĂšre de la maison qui est accessible par les portes pliantes qui peuvent ĂȘtre complĂštement ouvertes pour amener l'extĂ©rieur!

La propriété est située à quelques minutes d'une grande variété d'endroits intéressants, de restaurants, de bars et de cafés.

Le Frank's Campari Bar sur le toit du parking à étages est une institution de Peckham qui attire les foules durant les mois d'été pour son bar en plein air avec vue sur Londres.

It was a great location - so easy to hop on the train to Victoria Station with connections to the Tube. The house is very well-appointed (loved the coffee machine with built-in frother) and very comfortable.The host is extremely responsive. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back one day!

Extremely comfortable for us, we all felt at home and enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, we slept really well in the very nice and comfy beds, and there were nice little touches throughout the home. We actually were sad when it came time to leave!

Very nice house in a great area. Just enough out of the way to not be super noisy but central London is still easily accessible. Beds were very comfortable. The owner is amazing and very helpful. He responded to every question we had very promptly. Would definitely stay there again!

Came from Vancouver, Canada and had a great week touring around London and decided to stay just out of the central London areas as we were travelling with 3 adult children and needed enough beds, not easy to find in a hotel. This location was about an 8-10 minute walk from Queens Road Peckham station, which was easy enough to come and go each morning and evening as we returned. Our 1st evening, we also took an Uber to get groceries from Sainsbury’s grocery, which was too far to walk to, but they had everything we needed for breakfasts and snacks. The 3 bedrooms & 1 shared bathroom upstairs suited us just fine, with comfortable beds and a Queen size in the master bedroom. No fan in the bathroom, but the window opened to help add air flow. There is also a small bathroom downstairs as well. Lovely decor and furniture arrangements for each area and a good amount of room for clothing and unpacking for the week in dressers and wardrobes. Each room also had a plug-in fan, which was needed as we travelled in early August and it was quite warm. Wi-fi worked best downstairs. The house had everything that was noted in the listing and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen and didn’t think anything we needed anything extra. The back sliding doors to the open area are tricky to get open and closed, but we got the hang of it and appreciated the air flow in/out every evening after the house had been locked up. The check out was easy enough as well. Thanks for a great wonderful stay!

We had a great stay here in Peckham! The place was a perfect home base to explore London and then unwind after a busy day. It was very clean and comfortable for 6 people, it had everything we needed for the week. Easy access to public transportation to get around the city. Highly recommend staying here!

Great Location, but Serious Safety Issues Pros:- The location was fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions.- The kitchen windows were lovely, adding a nice touch to the space.- Our host was very responsive, addressing our questions quickly.Cons:- The downstairs shower was a safety hazard, being slippery and causing water to flood the bathroom.- The upstairs bathroom leaked so badly that we had to place buckets in the kitchen. Despite reporting this, the problem persisted, leading to a significant inconvenience.- We were worried about taking showers given the flooding and ultimately avoided using the facilities. This resulted in missing three planned excursions, costing us hundreds in lost opportunities.- The place isn’t ideal for anyone with difficulty navigating stairs. Older guests may face significant challenges.- We felt a little gaslit in our communication with the host regarding these issues, which added to our discomfort.Overall, while we appreciated the nice locations CNN i’m not baby. I need to put your jacket on come here. I promise I got you I promise thank you Up C, the safety hazards and communication issues were too much for us to overlook, especially considering the premium price we paid.

Cute home for our family

This property was perfect for our family of six. The home was clean and the kitchen was well appointed for cooking/dining. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. The property manager was SO communicative and provided us fantastic details. I should have done more research about the neighborhood because it was further from stores/restaurants than we realized
but that’s on me. Overall this was a cute, clean, comfortable property that I would recommend.

Nice, quiet stay

The property is very nice, modern and really well maintained. Close to overground stations that got us into London relatively quickly. The host Andrew was extremely responsive and helpful. It was quite hot when we were there and he went out of his way to help with the heat. Appreciated that it was a quiet neighborhood after full days in London city center.

Quiet location with easy access to public transit

Our family of four (kids aged 12 and 18) stayed for 5 nights in early May. The place was spacious and very comfortable. The clothes washing machine was very handy and worked well. The kitchen is huge and very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have a little yard space to relax In and we enjoyed the neighbor’s kitty too! We used Queen’s Road Peckham station daily for our commutes into the city - it took about 20 mins if we timed the train arrival right. It also took about 20 mins to the O2 arena. We didn’t do much in the Peckham area.

Wonderful House With Everything We Needed and Conveniently Located

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Andrew was a wonderful host with great communication. We had everything we needed and whatever we wanted was within easy reach. We got the feel of not just visiting, but living in London in this charming house. The open airy kitchen and neat little yard was a great place for morning coffee and for our boys to hang with the neighbor's ultra friendly cat. The music system, books and supplies were all thoughtful and well enjoyed. The house was in a neighborhood close to many shops and restaurants. Each day we either walked to Queens Road for the Overground or to connect to London Bridge/Canada Water in just a few stops and take the Tube, or called an Uber/Taxi which always was nearby. We also walked to grocers for supplies or simply had them delivered easily and conveniently. The last night we walked into Peckham and enjoyed a wonderful pizza shop (Bar D1400). Great access point to explore all points of London North and South and despite the many great experiences we had, we always felt as if we were coming home after a long day to this wonderful house. Beats a cramped and expensive hotel room in London proper. Close enough to get to London within minutes, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Andrew provided every instruction we needed for entry and exit, how everything in the house worked or where it was located and even allowed an early arrival as the house was free the day prior. 5 stars all the way. THANK YOU!

Lovely home in Peckham

We had a lovely stay! The rooms are very comfortable and the house is well appointed. We enjoyed having espresso in the well lit kitchen each morning. It should be noted that it is a 12 minute walk to the train and then a two train ride into the city.

Wonderful clean and spacious rental place

This vacation rental was a great place.Clean and spacious in a great location with easy access to shopping, lots of groceries store and the rye street for all within walk distance. It was a great walk to downtown and lots of cafes. We loved the heated floors in the kitchen. Definitely will recommend to friends.This was a great place for my family. House was fabulous , very tasteful, homely, warm, everything you could possibly need and lots of nice touches. Full length Mirrors in all the bedrooms which is great for us ladies! Tube stations close, Peckham is a great place to stay nice pubs and eating places locals very friendly. Andrew is a really good host and very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Location, amenities and quality of the house exceeded our expectation

Our whole family were amazed at how comfortable, clean and well equipped the house was and how convenient to the transport and shopping.. Quiet time in London

Nice place to end our 3 week vacation. Quiet house outside of London. Nice size rooms, large kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Very relaxing and close to many train stations for flexibility getting into London.

Great place.

We stayed here at the end of a European vacation. The place is spacious and my family was able to spread out nicely. It was cleaned and easy to check in. The best part of the house is the back wall open up completely allowing wonderful airflow. There is a friendly neighbor kitty that will greet you morning and afternoon. She was the highlight for my kids.

An Oasis in London

The property was fantastic. Clean and spacious and tastefully renovated, we lacked nothing. Loved the backyard. Quiet at night and great for sleeping. Easy walk to the overground and from there all locations were easily accessible. Lovely hosts. Would definitely return.
