Juan Flore is a large, sunny, seasonal rental apartment with air cooler of 91 m2 equipped to accommodate 6 people in a luxury residence with swimming pool in Juan Les Pins. Beautiful terrace of 32 m2 with dining area.

Apartment located on the 2nd floor with elevator and panoramic sea view. It is tastefully furnished and is quiet. It benefits from quality fittings. it consists of a fully equipped American kitchen opening onto the living room with dining area, 3 bedrooms all with 2 single beds each which can be combined into a double bed and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath and a toilet and 1 separate toilet.

It is located 5 minutes walk from the sandy beaches and 15 minutes from shops and restaurants. During the summer you can enjoy the Jazz Festival and surrounding towns such as CANNES, MOUGINS, GOLF JUAN etc ....

Juan Flore Stay. Juan de la Pin/Antibes

I recently stayed at this property in Juan de La Pins and overall, I had a positive experience. The location was fantastic - it was just a short walk to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, which was great for me and my family. The check-in process was also smooth and hassle-free, which was a relief after a long day of traveling. However, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise great stay. Firstly, there was no toilet paper provided upon our arrival, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the dryer in the room was quite dirty and sticky, which was not ideal. Finally, the parking garage was very small and difficult to maneuver, and there was barely enough space to park our vehicle. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this rental for its excellent location and spacious accommodations. The host was also helpful and responsive, which was appreciated. Overall, it was an above-average stay, and the host even brought over a new hair dryer when the one in the room didn't work.

JUAN FLORE AP2035 by RIVIERA HOLIDAY HOMES - Aout

Location was brilliant with a pool and beach on your doorstep. Town was a nice walk in the evening but far enough for the noise isn't heard. Didn't mind the lack of air-conditioning but think the ceiling fan in each room would be convenient and quieter than the free standing fan's.
