El Valle Dorado er et smukt rustikt hus med en stenfacade beliggende i et privilegeret område i kommunen El Gastor, 30 minutter fra Ronda og 35 fra Grazalema. I El Valle Dorado kan du nyde den smukke udsigt over Zahara - El Gastor reservoiret og se solnedgangen og se solen langsomt gå ned bag bjergene.

Fordelt på to etager har det i stueetagen en stor stue med pejs, et fuldt udstyret amerikansk køkken, et badeværelse og et soveværelse med dobbeltseng. Ovenpå har det to soveværelser med to enkeltsenge hver.

I det udendørs område har en privat pool, grill, picnicområde og frugttræer.

Die wunderschöne Villa mit ganz tollen Ausblick auf das Tal und dem super Pool haben uns wahnsinnig gefallen.Durch die zentrale Lage in Andalusien konnten wir Tagesausflüge nach Sevilla, Cádiz, Málaga, Granada und zum Strand von Nuovo Sanct Petri machen. Die Stadt Ronda ist 30 min entfernt und ist ebenso schön und beeindruckend. Drum herum liegen die Pueblo Blancos, die auch alle tolle Ausflugsziele sind. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Setinil de las Bodegas, ein kleiner Ort, in dem die Häuser direkt in die Felsen eingebaut sind.

Absolutely stunning...

The view from the house were breathtaking. Very beautiful house. Pool looked great, but a bit chilly to get in. Good location. Note that is it easier to plug in the name of the place as opposed to the address when using directions. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Peaceful with fabulous views.

This property is amazing. Every day we discovered new and interesting things just strolling around the grounds. It was comfortable and quiet and felt perfectly safe and secure. Even the neighbor donkeys only said hello the first night. We did manage to lock ourselves out within the first hour we were on the property but the host was wonderful and came right back out to fix us. :) Would definitely stay here again and it made a great central location for us to explore the surrounding villages and countryside.

Beautiful views!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is cozy and the view is breathtaking. We had a little trouble at the beginning -- finding the meeting place and communicating with Luis but once it was sorted out, we were able to relax in the beautiful surroundings.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem tollen Haus und waren wieder begeistert. Das Haus mit dem wunderschönen Garten dem Pool hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Fantastisch ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse und abends die sagenhaften Sonnenuntergänge. Auch die Umgebung mit den kleinen, weißen Dörfern wie El Gastor, Setenil, Olvera, Zahara oder Grazalema hat viel zu bieten.

Lovely week in a lovely area

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in El Gastor. The house was as pictured, though unfortunately it was unseasonably cold so we could not use the pool. Instead, we got to enjoy a fire most nights! The view across the valley is gorgeous, and the mountain peak just behind the house is also beautiful. We visited Olvera, Grazalema, Zahara, Setinil de las Bodegas, and Ronda; all nearby and easily accessible by car. We rented bikes in Olvera and cycled the Via Verde, and we hiked to the dolmen just up from the town. The Gastrobar in El Gastor has great food and views. Thank you Luis!

Rustic comfort with a million dollar view

El Valle Dorado was the perfect perch for my husband and me to explore the beautiful white towns area of Southern Spain. The house is very comfortable, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. We stayed during a cold snap, and the heating worked well. In warmer weather, the outdoor amenities like the pool and extensive outdoor seating areas would be wonderful. Host Luis speaks good English, and he and his parents were charming. The meeting point at the El Gastor gas station was convenient and simple to find. For larger groups, the fact that there is only one bathroom should be considered. For the two of us, it was no problem.

Amazed in Andalusia

The best rental and our favourite spot throughout our trip around Spain. Luis' and his family are so kind, hospitable, easy to communicate with and host the most lovely property. Stunning views, poolside lounging and while we were there in January, the fireplace made for an extra cozy and relaxing evening. It is so well equipped you could host family dinner here and our only wish is that we stayed longer. Next time! Highly recommend as you explore El Gastor, the little white villages, the wine region, Ronda etc. Thank you Luis & Family

The golden valley

This property is really a dream, the owners are the most friendly people I have ever met during a holiday season, everything you need is available for self-catering.

Perfect.

We had very high expectations having read previous reviews of this property. It is fair to say that these were exceeded. In particular the pool, large, very clean and the surrounding area offering both sun and shade with a fantastic view. If you are considering booking this property, do not hesitate. We enjoyed all aspects of our stay.

Such a beautiful place, we want to live here!

This house is stunning. Incredible views, lovely relaxing outdoor living spaces. With a westerly aspect we saw some amazing sunsets every day, whilst having dinner on one of the 5 different seating areas! We really couldn't find anything to fault this place for and Luis Jr and luis Snr were lovely hosts. Believe the pictures, for once they don't lie, if anything they don't fully do it justice.

Absolutely amazing stay!!

From the moment we met Luis father who brought us to the house, to the departure day, it was a brilliant stay! One of the best holidays we've ever had. The house is in a beautiful location with fantastic views over the surroundings mountains and El Gastor reservoir. We spent the majority of each day in the pool which is quite large and was very clean. The house is a traditional Spanish house, very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. There were many seating areas around the property and fruit trees all around. Any queries were answered very promptly. We would love to return here!

Splendid Spanish villa

This delightful house, with sweeping views across the valley, is within a short drive of many stunning Spanish villages. Very peaceful and non-touristy feel to the general area, but to El Gastor in particular. Property manager, Luis, and his parents (Luis Sr. and Mercedes), as well as brother Ruiz, were super nice and helpful. If you want to stay close to many of the postcard- beautiful places in Cádiz, Andalusia and Malaga, this villa comes highly recommended!

Fabulous villa with gorgeous views

We loved this villa. It was well kitted out and the outside space was fabulous - particularly the pool. And the views were stupendous. The owners were very helpful, although the initial meet up at a local garage proved a bit tricky! The only things that would make the stay even more perfect would be a 1.80m bed and a better shower.

Wonderful Property

The property is better than it looks in pictures. The view from the patio and pool areas are fantastic; surrealistic almost. We didn't want to leave to go out exploring! All amenities are provided and certainly appreciated; kitchen is well equipped and utensils are easily accessible. The hosts were great; and we could have not had a better stay.

Stunning views, excellent hosts!

Luis' home is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The setting is serene and view even better than the pictures! It is a short drive into the town of Ronda or El Gastor but we really loved the time we were able to hang around the house, soak up the surroundings, and enjoy the pool. Luis and his family were accommodating when our arrival was delayed. His brother and dad showed us around the house. Luis was always very responsive but we were given the info for his brother as well in case we couldn't reach him right away. Luis owns the home next door as well and when the guests there were blasting loud music and shouting we let him know and he assured us it would be handled. Thankfully, those guests left the next day but we were grateful for the effort from Luis to make everyone comfortable.

Amazing Place and hosts - Just wish we could have stayed longer

Truly beautiful location and great layout in the mountains just outside a small mountain village. We used as a base camp to explore the area, with El Gastor just being a very cute village, surrounded by lots other towns within 30 to 45 minute drives. The actual house was lovely, clean, and so inviting with just a wonderful sunset view. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Exceptional in every way

We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it. The house is spacious. It was clean, comfortable and offered us one of the most spectacular views we have experienced in our many VRBO stays over the years. Luis and his brother Raul were excellent communicators and wonderful to deal with. This is an excellent location to explore the Pueblo Blancas as well as Ronda and Cadiz. Thank you to the entire family for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Experiencia inolvidable

La casa tiene unas vistas preciosas y todo está muy cuidado. Se disfruta tanto en el interior como en el exterior. Para la chimenea hay varias cajas con leña que puedes comprar según la necesidad pero fue de agradecer que, nada más llegar, los dueños nos tenían ya preparada una primera candela para que entráramos en calor. Ha sido un fin de semana muy agradable. Muchas gracias.
