About this property

Lovely well equipped Chalet Apartment in St Gervais Les Bains. Sleeps up to 6

The apartment is on the top (3rd) floor of a chalet style apartment block. It has a high ceilinged open plan living/kitchen/dining area with lovely views of the mountain and valley and 2 cosy bedrooms with double beds. It also has a coin nuit with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet.
The dining area has place for 6, there is a comfortable sitting area with TV/DVD which opens onto a balcony (north facing).
It is fully kitted out for children with a high chair and travel cot if needed.
Above-ground parking.
Linen is hired and supplied at an additional cost - £33 for each double and £20 for each single. Please let us know which beds you will be using.
Please note that there is no lift, but there is a ski locker on the ground floor.

A good stay in St Gervais

All fine with the property, really only 2 negative point from my prospective: 1) huge work happening for the construction of a parking lot for the TMB making lots noise in the night 2) (minor one!) would have loved to have the west side view on the mountain and the country

Semaine Nouvel An à St Gervais

Séjour réussi malgré l'absence de neige. La résidence située à 2 pas de la gare du TMB permet d'accéder facilement à des sites fabuleux pour de belles randonnées. Il ne manquait que la neige pour accéder aux multiples domaines skiables. Jolie résidence, bien entretenue et calme. Vue magnifique du balcon, appartement spacieux, joli et bien équipé. Il serait toutefois intéressant d'aménager quelques rangements supplémentaires pour être à la hauteur de sa capacité d'accueil pour 6 personnes. Mon contact avec notre hôte Julia a été très bon et nous avons eu un agréable accueil avec son correspondant à St Gervais, malgré une arrivée tardive !

Great Location, well equipped and wonderful views

We rented the apartment over Christmas for a short family holiday. It is located within walking distance of the town of St Gervais, next to the TMB station, for Les Houches, and next to the ski bus stop. Although the main skiing areas were closed, due to a lack of snow, we were able to ski at Les Contamines. There are lots of eating out options in St Gervais, which is also close to the motorway. We were a group of 4 adults for which the apartment was well equipped, parking was always available outside. The balcony and views were also a plus.

Lovely apartment with stunning views good location

We have stayed at this apartment several times in summer and winter, over the last few years and my children and I love it. It's in a great location, with parking, and has stunning views from the balcony over the mountains opposite and down the valley below. The apartment is really well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen. It's stylish and cosy with lots of wood panelling, but feels very spacious because of the double height living/dining/kitchen area. St Gervais is a really pretty village and puts on lots of events. The area is ideal for families with winter sports, and in summer there are several beautiful beach/lakes nearby, parcours, horse riding, mountain bikes, hiking, canyoning, and Annecy is only about an hour away and is a great day out. We would highly recommend this apartment and St Gervais, and we will definitely be going back, again!
