The partially renovated structure, with completion of the works at the end of May 2015. In the countryside far from the traffic even if 500 meters from the town center. Very close to the tourist services, 2 pizzeria restaurant, bus stop, supermarket. 3 km from the sea Otranto, Porto badisco. Large garden with swimming pool sunbeds and umbrellas, in the lawn sofas for moments of relaxation, barbecue, availability of washing machine, wi-fi, bed linen, bathroom, and kitchen, phone, air conditioning. Private and covered parking space for each apartment. I am always available for any information.

Bon séjour dans les Pouilles

Très bon accueil de la part de Giovanna. La maison est dans un endroit calme mais près des commodités (restaurant, mini market) et elle est très bien entretenue (nettoyage de la piscine tous les matins, etc.) Cuisine bien équipée et parking ombragé. Nous avions pris un appartement avec 2 chambres. Il est à signaler que les chambres ne sont séparées que par une légère cloison qui ne va pas jusqu'au plafond, donc peu d'intimité. Je remercie beaucoup Giovanna qui offre bien volontiers le café et qui en guise d'accueil nous a offert des fruits frais et avait mis une bouteille d'eau au frigo.

Merci à Giovanna, la propriétaire, serviable et accueillante. Vient quotidiennement pour entretien piscine et espace vert. Séjour d une semaine avec nos enfants très apprécié.logement correspondant aux photos et prestations, draps de lits, de bain, produits entretien, parking. Très bon rapport qualité prix.visite sur le toit préconisé pour une vue à 360 degré. Grazie Giovana.

Appartamento come da descrizione con tutto il necessario per la cucina. Dotato di veranda che si affaccia sul bel giardino che circonda la stupenda piscina da usare quando si vuole. Le stanze anche d'estate sono fresche e sono arredate con mobili sobri e pratici. Parcheggio esclusivo e coperto. Free Wi-fi incluso. Servizio dell'Host preciso e affidabile. Interazione con gli altri ospiti eccellente. Uggiano la Chiesa è a pochi KM dalle coste adriatiche del Salento con le più belle spiagge di Otranto e Torre dell'Orso. Qualità/prezzo imbattibile. Raccomandatissimo.
