We loved our stay here, the location was perfect.

The apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped. We recommend this place and would stay here again. Although we did not see Adriana in person, she was available at all times for any question we had. Thank you so much for the lovely stay.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed staying in this house. The rooms were big enough to fit 6 people (and also babies as there are baby cribs available), there are multiple balconies and one with ocean view. Andrea and his wife are very friendly and also the neighbors were very kind to us. Only the street in which the apartment is is very narrow, you have to be careful if you travel by car. But all in all it was great, thank you very much :)

Lovely location

Beautiful large first floor apartment close to the beach, with bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Several large supermarkets only a 10-15 minute walk away. The smart TV did not work as it would not connect to the WIFI which was a real shame as we missed our late night family movies. Host did not speak much english so was hard to communicate but she always responded to messages (I just put them through a translator!) and went out to buy us a kettle on second day which was lovely of her. Beds were very comfortable, maybe could do with new pillows as they were a bit flat, but lots of blankets for when it was a bit chilly and lovely bath and shower. All in all I would recommend this apartment and you cannot get better then Montesilvano beach.

Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber. Wir dürften früher in die Wohnung einziehen. Die Besitzerin ist nett und hilfsbereit. Strand in der Nähe war sehr sauber und schön.

Ottima soluzione per famiglia anche di 8 persone. Tranquilla e vicino alle spiagge. Piena di luce e funzionale. Qualche miglioria su pentole e attrezzi cucina e uso gas fornelli. Qualche piccola riparazione anche nei bagni. Assolutamente consigliato!

Es war toll!

Die Vermieterin war wirklich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten viele Fragen stellen und alle wurden schnell beantwortet. Die Wohnung war sauber und groß, zu dem ist sie auch schön. Der Ort war perfekt, der Strand war direkt vor uns und durch den Balkon im Wohnzimmer hatte man eine gute Sich auf das Meer. Die Berge waren auch nicht als zu weit weg für einen kurzen Trip! Es gab viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe und die Nachbarn waren auch sehr sympathisch. Ist nur zu empfehlen

Bellissimo appartamento vicino al mare – Perfetto per famiglie

La mia famiglia ed io abbiamo avuto il piacere di trascorrere le nostre vacanze in questo splendido appartamento vicino al mare, ed è stata un'esperienza eccezionale sotto ogni aspetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è ideale: la spiaggia è a pochi passi ed è esattamente come descritta. Ogni giorno abbiamo potuto godere del mare e della spiaggia senza dover percorrere lunghe distanze. Anche le comodità pratiche ci hanno convinto. C'era un parcheggio privato, che ha reso il soggiorno senza stress e piacevole. Inoltre, c'erano diversi negozi nelle immediate vicinanze, quindi ci siamo potuti rifornire senza problemi. L'appartamento stesso era molto pulito, ben attrezzato e offriva spazio sufficiente per tutta la famiglia. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio e abbiamo trascorso serate tranquille sul balcone. In conclusione, è stata una vacanza da sogno che abbiamo apprezzato appieno. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi una pausa rilassante al mare!

Urlaub in montesilvano

Es hat alles super geklappt,keine Probleme mit Kommunion super Lage,sehr schöne und große Wohnung mit allem was man braucht,wir durften die Fahrräder nutzen und sogar später die Wohnung verlassen an Tag unserer Abreise,wenn wir noch mal in die Region fahren würden, dann mit Sicherheit die noch mal buchen

Zuerst stand in der Anzeige 150 qm Villa mit Garten. Was in Wahrheit nur ein Apartment war.

In dem Inserat stand Villa mit 150 qm. Was aber in Wirklichkeit nur ein Apartment war im 1 ersten Stock. Nachdem das von uns angesprochen wurden ist an dem Vermieter, wurde das Inserat auf fewo geändert. Was meiner Meinung nach den hohen Preis den wir gezahlt haben. Nicht rechtfertigt. Für eine Villa wäre der Preis ok gewesen, aber nicht für ein Apartment.

Sinceramente non capisco perchè scrivete questa cosa non è assolutamnte vero che l'annuncio è stato cambiato e da due anni che è sempre uguale, non ho mai scritto di affittare una villa forse lo avete sognato, se fossi in voi mi vergognerei di rovinare il profilo di una persona che lavora con professionalità solo perchè avete fatto una scelta sbagliata, il mio è un appartamento di 150 mq nuovo con tutte le comodità e a 50 metri dal mare con giardino parcheggio e tanto altro ci sono clienti che anno pagato più di voi e mi hanno fatto una recensione a 5 stelle e tornano tutti gl'anni, mi dispiace per voi ma forse e tutta invidia per non parlare di come lo avete lasciato vergogna.

Casa e posizione ottima

Prima volta in Abruzzo per noi,la casa è bellissima 3 camere,2 bagni con vasca e doccia,ampio salone e cucina e meravigliosa terrazza. Abbiamo soggiornato con 3 bambini piccoli ed è stato tutto meraviglioso. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Pienamente soddisfatti sicuramente è un posto in cui torneremmo ad occhi chiusi. Se proprio proprio devo trovare una pecca questa è la mancanza di aria condizionata,è pur vero che le temperature di quest’estate erano particolarmente elevate e avrebbe fatto sicuramente comodo,ma i proprietari hanno lasciato abbondanti ventilatori che sono comunque stati utilissimi. Grazie mille vacanza stupenda

Vacanza perfetta

Che dire, tutto ok! La casa è grandissima, siamo stati comodi in 7,la posizione è praticamente sul mare. Comodissimo il parcheggio interno per diverse auto, visto che la strada è abbastanza stretta e ci sono parecchie auto su un lato, e poi l'ampia zona sotto casa dove i bimbi han potuto giocare in tranquillità. Siamo stati davvero bene nella settimana pre jova beach party. Gli abruzzesi sono persone gentili e cordiali e nonostante strade chiuse e altri disagi per il concerto ci hanno fatti sentire a nostro agio. Peccato non poterci fermare per vedere Jovanotti😫. Il signor Andrea e sua moglie sono davvero gentili, premurosi e discreti. L'anno prossimo ci piacerebbe tornare e, come anticipato dal signor Andrea magari nell appartamento ristrutturato. Sarebbe ancora più bello.

Eccellente abitazione a due passi dal mare.

Abitazione spaziosissima e molto riservata. Tre ampie camere consentono di alloggiare comodamente fino a 8 adulti (senza considerare la è disponibilita di un ulteriore lettino per bambini che ci è stato particolarmente utile). Bagni funzionali. Ampia cucina e comodissimo salotto. Parcheggio privato (noi abbiamo sostato agevolmente fino a 3 macchine). Da non trascurare i 4 ampi terrazzi che circondano la casa, in particolare, il terrazzino fronte mare dove pranzare/cenare. Nota di merito di tutta l'abitazione è che nonostante i 35/36 gradi mediamente presenti a metà giornata, la casa è sempre sata particolarmente fresca. Infine, non si può non rimarcare l'estrema vicinanza dal mare, soprattutto se, come noi, si è in viaggio con bambini. Struttura che assolutamente consiglio per i pregi appena elencati e per la disponibilità dei proprietari.
