Klitmøller is an old fishing village with a nice beach that invites to activities. In general, the area around the Limfjord offers some of the most beautiful of Danish nature. Some areas are protected nature reserves. The windsurfer finds here some of Europe's best conditions. Regardless of wind direction and no matter how experienced you are, you can always find a beach with optimal conditions. Among the many other sporting opportunities are golf, tennis, squash, etc. Deep sea fishing trips are planned from Thyborøn and Hanstholm to the Yellow Reef, which is an eldorado for anglers.
