This modern, bright and well-furnished holiday cottage is located in the popular holiday area at Løjt Feriecenter. The house is well-furnished with modern furniture. Located in a scenic area close to lake, forest, beach and ocean and with the opportunity to use the facilities on site e.g. outdoor swimming pools and play area with bouncing cushion, playground, beach volley court and miniature golf. From the house you have views of Aabenraa Golfbane (golf course) located approx. 100 m from the house which is one of the most scenic in Denmark. Løjt Feriecenter stretches all the way down to Genner Bugt (bay), in the middle of the scenic nature with good swimming and fishing facilities. At the pools, which have fantastic views of the ocean, you will find a restaurant which is open 15 May to 15 September just as the pools are open for usage. There is a separate children's pool.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
