Casa Holly is a lovely private one bed apartment in the quiet residential area of Matagorda,only a minutes walk from the beach and short walk from bars and restaurants. It has english tv, free wifi, a fully fittedkitchen with washing machine . The private courtyard of the apartment is a perfect suntrap and allows for as much or as little sun worship as one desires so don't forget your sun lotion. There is a pathway to the promade with an easy stroll past the many bars and restaurants as far as Arrecife one way and the length of Puerto del Carmen the other. If you like to sunbathe in private this is the perfect location for you.

Good location for long walks on promenade

Good location, convenient for shops and restaurants. Property fine but as the weather was very windy a small table and chairs indoors would have been appreciated.

Fabulous place, great location, very private

We had a fantastic time in casa holly. A little gem of a place. Very close to everything and very private. It has lots of space. Having a washing machine was great and a fully equipped kitchen. We will come back for a longer visit. Great price too

Home from home

The owner provided us with all the information needed to enter the gated property. It is a private apartment with an outside area with sun for most of the day. All details were as described in the advert on your site. We will definitely return.

Fantastic place to stay

A little gem, we loved our stay. Quiet hideaway with everything you need to make a holiday enjoyable. Private sunbathing area was wonderful. Close to the beach and great communication with the owner. Spotlessly clean, highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super, der check-in unkompliziert, sehr nett war, dass wir schon vor der angegebenen Zeit in die Wohnung durften. Die Wohnung war sauber, schön eingerichtet, es gab alles was man braucht. Kochutensilien vorhanden, Handtücher waren reichlich gegeben. Das Bad war große und hatte eine tolle ebenerdige Dusche. Die Lage auf Lanzarote ist perfekt, da man sowohl Süden, als auch Norden schnell erreicht. Zuerst hatten wir Bedenken wegen der nahen Lage am Flughafen, man kann startende Flugzeuge in der Wohnung hören, da diese jedoch nachts nicht fliegen war dies überhaupt kein Problem. Weiterzuempfehlen!

Great little place.

This was our second time staying at Casa Holly. Nice & clean, big living room /kitchen.Great shower. Nice walk along the beach to the bars & shops. Sadly the pump for the water broke so I couldn't get clothes washing done before coming home. Also couldn't get a shower before going out for the night or in the morning before we flew home. But I'm sure we will go back.

Bigger & brighter than you think.

On opening the gate into Casa Holly it has a large sun bathing area with loungers table & chairs.Inside is a kichen/sitting room. The seating area has 2 comfy sofas, tv on the wall. Kitchen with large fridge freezer, microwave full oven & 4 ring hob. Only thing is there was only two saucepans ,two frying pans so cant do much cooking if staying in.Bathroom with a fantastic power shower, with a washing machine in there. Lots of towels & spare bedding, a big bonus is beach towels are provided The bedroom is large & bright with really comfortable bed, wardrobes with loads coat hangers & good drawer space. Sadly the Englush tv was not good ,the tv kept dropping out after about 15 minutes so you couldn't watch a full programme( maybe needs a better Mag box) .Maintenance man was very helpful. Easy reach to two supermarket & the many bars & restaurants. Great place to stay would definitely go back.

Beautiful fully equipped apt close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Holly. It is bright, airy and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. It also had a washing machine. If you like the sea and not the pool this is a perfect location with private sunbathing area. It is beside the beach and a shirt walk to the shops and bars. Great value too.

A lovely private apartment with all everything you need

Close to the beach, and only a little walk to the shops and restaurants and bars. It has a washing machine and is spotlessly clean. It has a lovely sun terrace to the front where you can sunbathe in private for sun worshippers. A great kitchen, perfect for that a couple who want a quiet getaway but close enough to the local nightlife. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous Apartment perfect location

If you want a quiet secluded holiday with private sunbathing casa holly is the idea apartment for you. A direct path to the beach bars shops and restaurants and short taxi ride to Porto del care. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen English TV and free WiFi. Very large light and airy bedroom with patio doors to private patio and access to lane way to beach and big front terrace excellent for people who want to sunbath in private. Sun loungers and table and chairs for alfresco dining
