Luxurious cottage with activity room and whirlpool both inside and out located on a large dune plot in scenic surroundings in the attractive Løkken South. The house was built in the spring of 2018 and contains a living room / kitchen in open connection, four bedrooms, alcove, activity room and two bathrooms, one of which has a sauna and whirlpool. There is also an outdoor hot tub as well as an outdoor shower. The decor is modern and solid, everywhere attention has been paid to the details and the highest quality in materials has been used, as well as thought over color choices and decoration. Also note that the refrigerator is in American style with ice dispenser and the outdoor whirlpool for 6-8 people is heated with firewood. The outdoor pool is closed from 01 November until 31 March. If you wish to use the outdoor hot tub in the winter, this is possible to arrange for a fee of DKK 500.00. & # 160; An energy-saving air-to-water heat pump delivers underfloor heating to all rooms in the house, in addition there is a wood burning stove in the living room. The house is highly insulated and small heating costs can therefore be expected. On both the covered and the open terraces you can stay completely undisturbed, as the terraces border directly on the dune plot. For the kids there is a sandbox. There are also 2 dog kennels and a fenced terrace. The house has the option of charging an electric car. There are power plugs in the garage (bring your own charger). Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
