9 person holiday home in HÄLLEVIKSSTRAND-By Traum

A truly unique and newly renovated holiday home, build in timber and located on its own beachfront property. The beachfront is on 11 hectares and is on the outskirts of the charming fishing community Hälleviksstrand. Enjoy the untouched setting with the lovely panoramic view and overlook the shifting ocean. The holiday home consists of a main building on 55 m² and two annex (10 m² and 12m2). There is very easy to relax here during all of the seasons. Enjoy the great atmosphere and the untouched nature on the large patio or around the warm wood burning stove during the cold evenings. This holiday home has a bright and modern decoration. The main building is made of a sunken dining area, a modern kitchen, a large living room equipped with a TV and around 30 different Swedish and English channels, two bedrooms (one of the bedrooms has access to the nice shower cabin) and a separate WC with washbasin. There are two extra beds which consist of a sofa bed in the living room. The two annexes have two beds each, and offer an amazing ocean view. You can take a swim in the private bay from the bridge which is part of the property and is approximately 300m away. There is also here where the boat is docked which is at your disposal. The boat is available during the weeks 20-40. The local beach offers both sand and rock beach, bridge and are about 750m away. There is approximately 7km to Ellös. Good to know: Simpler experience and knowledge of charts and/or plotters/gps is required if you want to rent the motorboat. Cost: SEK 1000 per week. Payment to the owner on site.
