A wonderful holiday cottage with a shoreline and dock. This is suitable for families and the area has excellent fishing conditions. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and appears new. The rooms are painted in bright colours. The kitchen is modern with space for 8 people by the long table. There are 2 living rooms, one on each floor, making it suitable for groups with different needs and interests. The living room on the 1st floor has a carrom game. 2 of the single beds can be combined into a double bed. By the seafront there is a small terrace/dock where you can put your fishing equipment. The boat available for rent is located in a harbour 500 metres away. There is a football field 800 metres away and a beach 700 metres. 1 km to the closest signed hiking trail. 7 km to a lake with a lot of trout. The salmon and trout river of Baeelva is 10 km away. Rent a 21 ft Øyen 620F boat with a Honda 60 hp, 4-stroke motor and Lowrance Elite 5 CHIRP GPS/chartplotter/sonar, 6 rod holders and life jackets. The boat is located right in front of the house by the dock. The boats are available between April 1st - October 15th.
