Spacious family cottage of a good standard, ideally located approx. 200 m from the North Sea. Enjoy the view of the breathtaking landscape of the dunes from the large combined living room/kitchen. There is a heat pump. Bathroom was renovated in 2011 and equipped with shower column. On the large, fully enclosed, west-facing terrace you can enjoy the evening sun while have barbecues. There is an eastfaced terrace with furniture.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Kurzurlaub im Herbst - Gut mit Abstrichen

Das Haus war wirklich sehr sauber hinterlassen worden. Jedoch störend war der kalte Rauchgeruch im Haus. Die Kleidung nahm irgendwann diesen Geruch an. Für nicht-Raucher etwas unangenehm. Ansonsten ist es ein schönes Haus, das mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet ist. Es hat unheimlich dünne Wände, weshalb im Herbst und Winter der Kaminofen dauerhaft laufen kann. Es kühlt sehr schnell aus. Strompreise waren jedoch sehr fair. Die Lage ist wirklich dicht an der Nordsee Nähe der Dünen. Sehr schön! Wir hatten ein paar nette Tage, wenn auch das Haus nicht das unbedingte Highlight gewesen ist.
