The pictures don’t begin to do the property justice. We were five adults and our visit was in April. The house was amazing. We lit a fire most nights. Lingered by the heated pool sometimes and marveled over the magnificent gardens. While we ate out most nights in Luz and Lagos, there are some amazing tapas restaurants, with stunning views. The nights we cooked in we took fresh lemons and rosemary from the property to prepare our seafood. The view is of the shimmering Atlantic with the cliffs of Luz to the east making for beautiful photos. There are paths in the neighborhood that take you along the cliffs in both directions. There are three bedrooms and two baths on the ground level and another bedroom and half bath up. The kitchen had everything we needed, which for us was a corkscrew, to enjoy all the fabulous Portuguese wine. The management company was quick to respond when we had questions, and the property is completely fenced and gated. There are multiple entertainment areas, the balcony, by the pool, and a patio with dining seating and a grill. I can’t think of a thing that was lacking. There was high speed internet for those who could not disconnect. The house is decorated with some amazing antiques from Asia. Thank you to the owners for sharing a slice of their heavens with us. It made for an amazing vacation.
