Great place to stay

This is a great place. Close to Omaha but far enough out. Great backyard and basement for kids. Lots of room to spread out and quiet neighborhood.

Family friendly stay

The property manager was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The home was clean and well organized. Very suitable for our family with plenty of activities for the kids.

Great place for a family getaway

If you have small kids, this is the place to rent. Lots of toys, great bedrooms, and a nice playset outside. The only downside is you can't get to the backyard from the deck.

Michelle, I’m glad to hear that our home worked well for your family! The stairs were recently taken out because the wood was rotting & they became a safety hazard. We plan to replace them this fall, so they’ll be ready for any guests next summer!

Excellent home for young families

This was an excellent home for our 3 generation family vacation. Communication with the host was excellent and she went out of her way to suggest activities for our group. She had toys and equipment ready for our toddlers. This was a great stay in a nice residential neighborhood.

Perfect Place for a Family

The house was perfect for us as a place to stay for our son’s wedding with all of us arriving from out of state. We were able to enjoy several meals together and use it as a base during the time leading up to the wedding and all of the associated events, and as a fantastic place to wind down the weekend. Our 5 year old grandson exclaimed the basement playroom as “The best playroom ever!”

Great home for family gathering!

We really enjoyed your home for our family reunion in August 2016. The home was spacious with enough room for our family of 9 adults and 3 children. We also really appreciated the cleanliness of the home, the well stocked kitchen, and all the kid friendly items (high chair, bumbo, pack n play, toys, play set in backyard, etc.). The owners were also great to work with. We would definitely recommend this home if you are looking for a place for a large family gathering!

We had a great stay at this property. There were plenty of places for everyone (14 of us) to sleep. There were plenty of things for the kids to do at the house also.A few things we noticed: there were some ants in the kitchen. We noticed them on the floor in the kitchen. There was also some gaarbage and loose socks behind the couch that were noticed when we went to grab some blankets.The people in our group who stayed in the basement said it was extremely damp downstairs. Not sure if it was just because it was humid outside or not.Overall, a good place to stay if you're planning a trip to the Omaha area.

April, we’re glad you enjoyed your stay! Sorry to hear about any issues. We haven’t been home for a few weeks and were unaware of ants in the kitchen, as none of our other guests said anything & our housekeeper didn’t mention anything when she was cleaning the past three times, so thanks for pointing that out. We asked our neighbors to spray home defense around the perimeter, so hopefully that helps! As for the garbage behind the sectional couch, our younger daughter likes to hide out there from time-to-time, so it could have been her, or another guest with children. Regardless, we had our housekeeper take a look since this is not an area she would normally think to clean. In terms of the basement being damp, yes, it’s due to extreme humidity outside. (Similar to the way a cold glass of water develops condensation on a hot day). It’s not like that year round, just during extreme weather conditions. We do have a dehumidifier we run during summer months in our locked storage area, but it fills up pretty quickly during times of 70% humidity. Also, thanks for doing a load of towels before you checked out. Our housekeeper said she really appreciate it! Hopefully, you’d consider staying at our home again, as we’d welcome you back anytime!

Great house for kids. The swing set in the back along with the toys in the basement kept my kids busy while we were at the house. The neighborhood was really nice and we would definitely stay here again.

Our stay worked out well. We were attending a family reunion close by and this house got our family well. My grand daughter loved the outside play area and toys in the basement.

Amazing stay

This house was perfect for our family. Our girls loved the playroom and the trampoline. The house was well-stocked and had everything we needed. Liz was super friendly and quick to respond. We would definitely stay again.

Family Friendly VBRO

Perfect place for our 3 generation family to spend family time between outings! Played board games while others were napping. Easy to navigate to restaurants, zoo, Children’s Myseum, miniature golf and Strategic Air and Space Museum.

College World Series Trip

Traveled with another family (total 4 adults and 4 teenage boys) to Omaha for the CWS and had the great opportunity to stay in this home and it was great. Easy to find, clean, plenty of room for everyone and Liz was great to work with. Will stay here again next time we are in Omaha.

The house was very clean and had plenty of staples for everyones needs. Everything was great, our grandson enjoyed all the toys and especially the trampoline with the sprayer hose. The neighborhood is very safe and reminded us of being at home. Thank you for everything. Next time we meet family in Omaha we will stay again.

Great place especially for younger children

Had a great experience staying here. We came with 5 kids 12 and under, there were plenty of things to keep them occupied, I was glad that we didn’t have to pack any extra toys to bring with because there were already toys there. We felt safe in the neighborhood it was in and the house was very neat and clean. Definitely would recommend this place.
