In his day a tobacco dryer. With high ceilings and wooden beams it has become a peculiar rural house with a special charm.
It is ideal for families with children or group of friends.
This house is part of one of the 4 houses that make up El Cortijuelo, a beautiful rural complex with capacity for 34 people.

The oven has about 65m2 that are distributed in a double bedroom, a large triple bedroom, a bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen integrated into the living room with fireplace and large windows overlooking the pool and the back of the farmhouse.

GARDENS AND OUTDOORS OF THE HOUSE
The farm has a constructed area of 2,000 m2 of which 1000m2 belong to the houses, not including the large porches we have. Totally surrounded by fields and roads, it is an ideal place to rest and detoxify the stress we suffer in our day to day
One of the most beautiful and cozy corners of the farmhouse is the 350m2 courtyard that is surrounded by the four houses. This patio, connected to the porch, has a typical Andalusian decoration, trees that provide a lot of shade in summer and in which only the sound of silence is heard. In it is the pool, two barbecues, garden furniture, children's area, ping-pong table and a large porch with beach bar and beer tap for our guests.
On the outside of the house there is a large recreation and recreation area of about 1000m2. It is fully fenced, with large trees and surrounded by pine trees, ideal for children to run safely or for a football match among the elderly.

El Cortijuelo is an authentic Andalusian farmhouse, with more than 150 years old that, with great enthusiasm, dedication and effort, has been completely restored with great care and turned into a rural house, maintaining its original structure and charm.
The accommodation houses four independent and fully equipped Rural Housing Houses, each of them preserves the original charm of the time and exquisite decoration pampering to the smallest detail.
In the common areas there is the pool, the garden with fruit trees, several barbecues, outdoor furniture, porch with bar and beer tap that is isolated from the cold in winter, patios, ping-pong table, playground, bicycles and large outdoor recreation areas.
It is situated in the middle of nature, on the border of the Granada valley and the Poniente Granadino, hence its great views of the Sierra Nevada, the Vega de Granada and the Sierra de Parapanda. This location makes it, surely, the best located accommodation within the region.
Being isolated but a few meters from the town of Escóznar you can enjoy the peace that the environment provides, without sacrificing the advantages offered by the town, where all the necessary services are found.
Surrounded by roads, fully enabled, it is ideal for long walks or cycling and visit all the villages in the region, being a few kilometers away from each other.
We offer an ideal accommodation alternative for families or groups that require different services and spaces to those offered by any rural house in the area.

The Cortijuelo, located about 500 meters from a small town in the province of Granada, has an area of 2,000 m2 of which approximately 1,000 m2 belong to the four rural houses available, not including the large porches with What we count

The houses surround a beautiful patio and garden, with a typical Andalusian decoration and there is the outdoor pool, barbecue area, children's area, table tennis table, large porch with beach bar, garden furniture, sun loungers and Umbrellas for the pool, great diversity of plants, flowers and fruit trees.
