Wonderful 3 night stay on Lake Como. Beautiful house, great location and friendly and efficient host.

Lovely apartment, great location within Bellagio, only a short walk into town and to other beauty spots. Great accessibility, parking space and a securely gated. Very picturesque surroundings. Would definitely recommend this property.

We had an amazing time staying here and would definitely stay again! The view from the balcony is a major bonus! Only things to point out is the ceilings are low (as shown in the pictures) and the floor boards do creak when walking around.

We spent four nights at Villa Olivee as a base for our cycling holiday in Como. The Villa was perfect for us, spacious, comfortable rooms with all the amenities we needed such as cooking facilities and washing machine etc. Luca was extremely helpful with recommendations for eating and it was easy to contact him via watsapp with any questions. The location could not have been more perfect. A lovely restaurant and cafe close by, and only a ten minute pleasant walk to the center of Bellagio. I couldn't recommend Villa Olivee more highly and would certainly use it again for our next trip. Thank you Luca!

We had a wonderful stay at Elisabetta's place. The location couldn't be any better, and the apartment is very comfortable, particularly because of the attention to detail and quality (e.g. very good bed, soft towels and pillows, good showet etc). Thank you for a lovely time!

Luca was the perfect host and was very helpful with all our questions. The villa is beautifully appointed and very well maintained. Luca was so generous with welcome provisions and use of the house facilities. It was a joy to stay there, and it kept nice and cool during the hot days. It was a fair distance to the main Bellagio town, up and over a hill, which we hadn't taken into account with the younger and older members of the family, but the area is stunningly beautiful. We found some nice restaurants near by, and there was a great supermarket up the road. Worth noting that there was a little tourist road train that travels around the peninsula which would have been ideal if we could hop on at the stop near the villa, but it turns out you have to by your tickets first in Bellagio town then you can hop on and off, so we had to keep walking. We found the secret beach at San Giovanni, which was glorious with fantastic views down the lake. The water was lovely and clear to swim in, but take water shoes as it is very pebbly and hard to walk over in bare feet. The beach restaurant there was very nice too. Lots of boat trips available and we took the children on a kayak tour with Bellagio Water Sports around the peninsula which was a really nice way to see the lake (and cooler!). Overall, very relaxing and scenic.

The apartment is right beside the lake and has an amazing view of the water, the boats and the scenery on the other side. It is very stylishly furnished and has all the facilities you would expect from a quality property. The owner, Claudia, provided lots of small items of food and drink to get us started. She was very helpful (including doing some of our washing) and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much, would come back again and certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a quality apartment with an amazing view and a very helpful owner.
