Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring your own beach towels. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed garden (accessed at the side of property and not through the house) with barbecue, raised decking and furniture. Two well-behaved small dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking at the barn or on-site. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk. Even though mainly on the ground floor, there are 3 steps between the hallway, bathroom and bedroom. There is a charge of £40 per pet at this property. No stag/ hen or similar. Note: This property has a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £100. Please be aware that guests who bring dogs and do not clean up in the house or garden after them will forfeit their bond.
