Perla Apartment 4, Budoni(SS) Apartment 350 meters from the sea

The apartment we offer is part of a small family-run residence, located in BUDONI PAESE, 350 meters from the main beach of Budoni, the good location with the sea within walking distance, makes it ideal for a couple, two couples, both for family with children. The house is located in a quiet area, therefore we offer a relaxing holiday.
The house is structured in nr. 8 apartments, each of them is completely independent, with covered veranda.
The apartments consist of: two bedrooms, living area with kitchenette, 1 bathroom with shower, covered and equipped veranda.
The first floor apartment (app. To pearl) has a cream-colored kitchen, wrought iron bedroom, bedroom with two wooden beds, walnut-colored built-in wardrobe.
Or you can book the ground floor apartment (app. To sky) which is decorated in shades of turquoise. Kitchen in light blue and cream, the bathroom has the colors of blue and turquoise. Bedrooms with wrought iron beds, Heavenly built-in wardrobe.
Both have their own covered and equipped veranda.
Inside the courtyard there is a private parking space, we have various built-in barbecues, external showers, water supply, external lighting, laundry room with washing machines. We attach particular importance to cleaning, in fact the apartment is always delivered perfectly clean

Tv, fully equipped kitchen, fridge with freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, washing machine, clothesline, wires for hanging out in the garden, iron and ironing board, chairs and veranda table. Brick barbecue. Outdoor shower. Private parking space. Water reserve.
Our facility is located in a well served area (about 300 meters away you will find a market, bar, newspapers, fish shop, pastry shop, restaurant) and at the same time we are on the road to the wonderful white sandy beach called "Lido del Sole" or " Starfish".
The location of our accommodation means that our guests are able, in no time, to reach the most beautiful, rich in tradition and most interesting places on our island.

The municipality of Budoni applies the tourist tax, equal to € 0.60 in the months of July and August, per person per day; € 0. 30 in the months of May, June and September.

How to get here:
Budoni is 35 km from the port and the Costa Smeralda Airport of Olbia, from Olbia take the S. S. fast-flowing 131 dcn. The port of Golfo Aranci is 55 km away.
Budoni is connected and accessible by bus of the A. R.S. T. and Deplano from the main centers of the island.
