My apartment is located right on the sea and is in the city center, close to all amenities such as; shops, restaurants and shopping center.
It is newly built and newly furnished with grace and simplicity, a comfortable open-space entrance hall with kitchen and living room with sofa bed + bedroom and bathroom, and parking space in the garage.
Puerto del Rosario is a lively town, with many murals and sculptures that cheer the streets and the promenade, a beautiful white beach (cicha bay) is also ideal as a point of
of arrival because it is only 7 km from the airport, and is in the center of the island, halfway between north and south to be able to visit it comfortably.

Mostly positive a terrace would have been appreciate iated but the location of the seafront

Lovely apartment and so well equipped spotlessly clean and easy to keep clean as mentioned no terrace but clothes and towel can be dried and aired indoors . Iwalks to seafronand promenade handy for bus station and Rotondas shopping centre while a car would be handy it is not essential as most places on the island can be reached on the buses from the bus station, the apartment is very well equipped toaster kettle oven glass hot plate combination microwave oven and plenty of pots and pans and utensils. The shower was fine for me but would imagine anyone on the larger side would find it a tight squeeze!!! No English tv but not a problem as it has got brilliant WiFi. I did most of my own cooking but there are numerous outlets serving quality meals at prices to suit most pockets. I’ve enjoyed my 3 weeks of relaxation and am grateful for the attention and interaction from Mery. Would have been five star If it had a balcony or terrace.

Schöne Ferienwohnung nahe Meer und Stadtzentrum

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung inmitten der Stadt, nur einige Schritte von der Meerespromenade. Der nächste schöne Sandstrand ist ca. 800 m entfernt. Die Wohnung verfügt über kostenloses WLAN und bittet auch einen bequemen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Das einzige Manko ist die kleine und unbequeme Duschkabine (ca. 60 x 60 cm) und vielleicht ein paar Weingläser! Die Lage ist außerdem günstig für die Erkundung der Insel mit einem Leihwagen.
