The outdoor spaces of #Villa Evi in Carovigno are well cared for and finished. The lawn provides a green backdrop to the pool and the house, and is a comfortable and relaxing space for sunbathing, equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas.
A lovely veranda at the back provides shade and coolness during hot summer days and allows for outdoor dining. Tasty barbecues can be prepared at the barbecue.

Villa Evi consists of modern and well-appointed rooms. The living room is large and bright, with dining room and open kitchen, furnished with TV, air conditioning, dishwasher.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bedroom with a 120-cm sofa bed and a shower room. Outside there is an additional shower room serving the pool area.

Villa Evi is located in Pantanagianni, marina of Carovigno. At 200 meters from the villa there is a lovely small beach of sand and shallow rocks reachable on foot, where you can enjoy your beach vacation and the warm sun of Puglia in peace.
Also just a few kilometers away is the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve, a protected natural oasis. Very close are the villages of the Valle d`Itria renowned for their beauty, historic centers, typical handicrafts and food and wine culture.
 
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 15 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
