Well connected, 2 minutes walk from the metro station (Neguri or Aiboa), 10 minutes walk from the beach of Ereaga, easy and free outdoor parking and quick access to the highway and the coastal road to visit Sopelana , Plencia, Bakio, San Juan de Gaztelugatxe and Gernika.
Apartment completely renovated. Main room with access to a full bathroom and a bed of 1.50, another 2 rooms with two beds of 0.90 and the fourth room with a bed of 1.35.
