the price does not reflect reality

The perfect location, the host is ok, but the biggest problem was the cleanliness... At the price asked by the host, everything had to be perfect... Beautiful house, the interior is quite old, but acceptable... The yard is big and beautiful. ..The shower in the bathroom is very small, there are ants in the kitchen, it is impossible to leave something on the table and not be filled with ants immediately... And the lack of cleanliness... At the price of 1800 euros, it should, like the host, to offer something good.. It doesn't matter that it is old, but at least it should be clean... The rest of the location and everything is beautiful... Grocery store nearby, the beach nearby... I hope that the host will take more care ...

I am very surprised by what has been reported, as the house was delivered in excellent condition and no problems were reported to me during the stay, otherwise I would have immediately proceeded by calling the cleaning company. I always have the well-being of my guests very much at heart and I try to do everything to make their stay as pleasant as possible. As for the ants, in fact in the last two weeks, probably due to the weather conditions, we too have detected an unusual presence that we have tried to remedy, but probably not enough. We assure you that it is a phenomenon that has never been detected before. Furthermore, I believe that the opportunities offered by the environment in which the villa is located, with native woods and large equipped spaces, ideal for 2 families but also to host groups of friends, in total autonomy and relaxation, is worth much more than the proposed price.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus in einem Aussenquartier mit sehr grossem Garten. Es hat diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten und einen grossen Aufstellpool.Die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig mit älteren Möbeln.Die Zimmer sind eher klein und es hätte an einigen Stellen (Boden in den Ecken, Schrankboden) etwas gründlicher geputzt werden können.Die Sanitäranlagen und Klimaanlagen haben alle einwandfrei funktioniert.Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand. Mit dem Velo ist es eher etwas weit.Uns hat es aber sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen.

Wir waren für 2 Wochen mit 2 Familien ( 4 Erwachsene, 4 Jugendliche und einem Hund) in Pietrasanta.Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub.Die Region ist sehr schön.Man kommt in 5 Minuten Autofahrt zum Supermarkt und in 10 Minuten zum Strand.Die Kinder sind auch oft mit den zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrrädern zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gefahren.Das Haus hat eine Klimaanlage und verfügt über alle notwendigen Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Die Inneneinrichtung ist eher einfach gehalten.Der Garten ist sehr groß, sehr schön und sehr gepflegt.Wir haben viel Zeit dort verbracht und der Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es waren suuper Ferien. Riesiger Garten top gepflegt und nicht weit zum Strand. Einziger - Punkt Sanitäreanlagen sind einbisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Vacanza relax in famiglia

La casa si trova in una vietta tranquilla. Casa composta da una veranda, sala, cucina, 2 bagni e 4 camere di cui 2 comunicanti. Bellissima l'area esterna con giardino, piscina e doccia esterna, questa è stata la parte della casa che abbiamo sfruttato tantissimo. La casa è dotata di tutto è di più. Inoltre la proprietaria mette a disposizione delle biciclette per raggiungere la bellissima Pietrasanta. Vi consiglio di andare a comprare frutta e verdure da Dalia la trovate sulla strada.

La villa va valutata nel suo complesso e il parco e stupendo

Credo che metterò in conto l'idea di ritornarci, ideale per famiglie con anziani e bambini. Il mare non è raggiungibile a piedi salvo mettere in conto lunghe passeggiate. Le biciclette in dotazione sono una soluzione ma la macchina non comporta disagi di parcheggio. Da consigliare

Ein schönes Haus mit wirklich riesigem Garten und schönem sauberen und großen Pool. Der Garten lädt zum Spielen und verstecken ein. Das Haus ist ausreichend für 8 Personen, bei gutem Wetter verbringt man eh fast die ganze Zeit im Freien. Ein zimmer ist ein Durchgang zum nächsten Zimmer, wir haben dies aber nicht als störend empfunden.Die Besitzerin war jederzeit erreichbar ( wir hatten Fragen zur Mülltrennung und sie hat uns sofort geantwortet ) . Wir mussten mit unserem sohn zum Arzt und sie hat sich sofort gekümmert einen schnellstmöglichen Termin zu bekommen. An dieser Stelle noch mal ein riesiges Dankeschön dafür!! Die Gegend um Pietrasanta ist sehr schön und wir würden beim nächsten Toskanaurlaub wieder in dieses Haus kommen!

Ferien in Pietrasanta

Grundstück verfügt über einen riesigen Garten mit Pool, der die Kinder zum Baden,Spielen und Rumtoben einlädt. Tolles Ferienhaus für Familien. Das Haus wird für acht Personen angepriesen. Da die Küche und der Wohnbereich klein ausfallen, würden wir darin max.6 Personen platzieren. Besonders bei Regenwetter wären die Räumlichkeiten für acht Leute zu knapp. Unsere Gastgeberin Ivana war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend ,hilfsbereit und löste Probleme,( wie eine defekte Abwaschmaschine) sofort. Wir würden jederzeit wieder da Ferien machen.

This property was exactly what I had hoped it would be. The house and the grounds were well cared for. The house was very clean. The owner was welcoming and helpful. I felt very much at home and comfortable. You need a car.
