- Located on the first line of the gravel beach, in the area of ​​Cap i Corp south of Alcoceber, approx. 1,000 mts. from the Tropicana sandy beach, and 4 km. of the town center. In a very quiet area.

- The Sierra de Irta is 6 km away.



COMPOSITION:

- Dining room-lounge with double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, kitchen with washing machine and microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, TV, complete bathroom with shower and terrace.



AMENITIES:

- Lift.

- Swimming pool for adults and children, with sunbeds and jacuzzi (jacuzzi from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00).

- Garden area and children's area, restaurant. Pool bar.

- Bar and Restaurant with Mediterranean, Spanish, local cuisine.



INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

- Equipment, sheets, water, gas, electricity, cleaning of entrance and exit, and use of the swimming pool.
